Lowell work with honesty and transparency ensuring that you know where you stand and they work with you to make sure your payments are affordable. They always message in advance of taking a payment making sure you can afford it and to keep you in the loop. The team are thoughtful and understanding of individuals circumstances. I cannot fault them. Initially it was an easy set up and the staff were lovely. A great service for those who experiencing difficulties. I would recommend Lowell to anyone who wants to start managing their debt and clearing it off without feeling like you can’t afford the payments. Brilliant wholesome company.

Repeatedly couldn't do a budget.
Setting up a payment plan was easy, payments are easy but trying to do a budget was impossible. Multiple attempts and nothing.
