I will not be placing any future orders with this company, nor will I recommend their services to others. The jumpsuit I received was of subpar quality, resembling something crafted by a novice. The product failed to match its online advertisement, with an unappealing color and overall aesthetic. Securing a refund proved to be a protracted and arduous process, lasting nearly two weeks. Ultimately, I was disappointed to only receive a partial refund, as I was required to cover the return shipping cost of almost $20. This experience has been the most unsatisfactory I've encountered, and I am still awaiting the balance of my refund.

This clothing store is scam! I bought 5 dresses from them and they are not as advertised! They are cheaply made. Very thin and sheer looking. I payed $271 for these dresses and have returned all 5 and I have yet to get a refund. I have written several emails and they continue to lie and tell me it’s being processed but still weeks later no refund has his my account. This place is a scam and they are based in china. Do NOT order from here if you want to return it.

Hey, I wanted to tell you about my experience with this company. I'd strongly recommend staying away from them. Seriously!
My experience has been super disappointing. I bought stuff in January, and it took about 4 weeks to arrive which wasn't terrible. However, upon receiving my items I realized I should have done my research prior to ordering.
I ordered 3 outfits and none of them were as pictured on the site. Which was totally disappointing considering the prices are not cheap.
Returns are a total pain. They initially sent erroneous return address, (which I attempted to verify with USPS prior to shipping the items back to them as required to get refunded.)
The return fees are high, which I feel is meant to deter customers from requesting refunds.
The return process also requires you take a pictures of items, including labels and packaging. Even after doing all that, they really tried to push store credit instead of just letting me return items for a refund.
Refunds are supposed to happen in 3 to 5 business days, I purchased thru PayPal and they do provide some buyer protections. I also used a credit card. I am currently in the return process, but if this process is further subject to delays by Loragal, I will start the process of dispute via my credit card company.
Honestly, I really think you should steer clear of this company; it's been a frustrating and exhausting experience which causes the customer to lose out in the end.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I made purchases back in November, and now, in February, I still have not received my refund. This alone should make anyone think twice before engaging with a company like this.
Returns are very complicated and time-consuming. The return fees are high, and some of the products are not accurately represented. When you try to return an item, you are required to take multiple photos (labels, packaging, products) before even getting authorization. They often try to push a store credit instead of allowing a return.
Even when you do return the product, refunds are supposedly processed within 3 to 5 business days, yet I have been waiting almost a month with no reimbursement.
At this point, I am forced to initiate a dispute through my credit card company.
I truly recommend that you think carefully before dealing with this company, the process is frustrating and exhausting.

If I could give this company a negative one review I would if I can add photos to this post I will. I ordered a dress for $80 and waited almost 2 months to receive it after messaging back-and-forth to customer service I received the address the quality of the dress is terrible does not look anything like the photo and it is way overpriced. It looks like they rushed it because they wanted to hurry up and send it out. I have never experienced such a negative experience from a company I would never recommend this company to anybody instead of giving me my money back. They wanted to offer me 10% off of my next order. There will never be another order from me and I will make sure I pass to every single person I know to never buy from this company. They need to go back to the drawing board and really understand what women are looking for this is not it I hope they are completely shut down for providing false interpretation of what the pictures are.

I wish I looked at the reviews before ordering. Found what I thought was the perfect dress for my 65th in March. Took about two months and when received was nothing like this dress. On , I placed an order (Order #:LG01346940) for two products and was charged $49.99 plus tax, totaling $112.97. This charge appeared -on my bank statement on December 26, 2025
Despite the charge being processed over [Number of Weeks] ago, I have not received the product, a shipping confirmation, or any explanation for the delay. I have contacted customer service multiple times via email (attaching both a transaction screenshot and, reluctantly, a bank statement as proof of payment). The responses have been generic, unhelpful, and have not resolved the issue. The company has now ceased responding entirely.
My desired resolution is simple: either ship the item I paid for immediately with a valid tracking number, or provide a full refund of $49.99 to my original payment method without further delay. I have attached documentation of the charge and my communication with the company yet nothing. They even made me go as far as sending them my bank statement which is so absurd. Seriously I have

I ordered a dress, beautiful dress so I thought. When it arrived I was like WTH it was horrible, the color was wrong the flowers on the dress were limp it was a clear version of what I ordered vs what I got. AND THEN customer service was even worse they gave me the run around, after having to pay to have it returned they then took ANOTHER week to allegedly inspect it to get my refund.
