London pass worked well for us. Able to see major attractions in the few days we were there. Highlight was the Changing of the Guard tour. Great tour guide and best spots for viewing!

My family and I enjoyed all the options we had with the London pass, principallyas it included also pre-paid meals, nevertheless it was not useful that we couldn't make appointments through the app and had to go to the site, as there were lost waiting times. I.e. at London Bridge, we were able to look for the timing and it was really convenient. Another suggestions are to include estimations of time spent at the site and a map of the attractions as it would be easier to found and enjoy the closer ones, as the function to "help us organize our day" was not useful. We had a wonderful experience with the London Pass; we booked it for four days, and it allowed us to visit so many attractions. I recommend it.

Absolutely worth it IF you are in London for3-4 days or more. We were in London for 6 days in total and had the 5 day pass which was a great decision. Covered almost everything and everywhere we wanted to go, even for free attractions like the Museum of Natural History, this provides skip the queue access which is very good. Covers some meals, a lunch at HRC, dinner at Bricklane, afternoon high teas etc. I was a bit skeptical after reading some negative reviews online, but if you read well, you will get what they say. Will certainly recommend. However, for shorter durations, depends on individual decisions - do the math!

A great way to save money on activities if You book the 3day pass or for more days.
Considering that many sights and activities can cost 20-30 GBP each, the London-pass can easily help You save money with some planning.
How ever the one-day pass for 99 GBP is IMAO very over-priced and hard to get proper value for.
Check how much time each activity requires and their opening-hours. Many activities closes down early around 16:00 - 17:00 so plan accordingly.
Further more check how much time it takes to travel between activities and take in time for food-brakes.
So something like 3-4 activities per day depending on type of activity is realistic.

The pass saved our family money on our recent four day break to London .

I was a little sceptical about the London pass as I'd never heard of it before. However, there were no issues at any of the attractions and eating venues we visited. It represents great value and I would definitely use the London pass again.

It was great to have one pass to use for a number of attractions we wanted to see as well as provide transporation (Hop-on, Hop-off buss).

There is no doubt in our opinion that the four day London Pass was a smart way for us to begin our time in England. We put in the time in to plan our days well and worked out the savings in advance; you can do the same.

Sadly, there were two occasions where attractions we attended failed to provide entry, but it was just bad luck or bad management on their part, and not the fault of London Pass.

Aside from that, if we could change anything we might even want an extra day. You could easily fill up a full week and save money doing everything offered. Case in point: we used the Pass to get to Stonehenge at no extra cost. Look closely at the list.

Hint: to see all the attractions on a convenient map, you have to use the smartphone app (not their website). Bring it up on a tablet if you want to see it bigger.

Also, use the app to make advance bookings, which you'll need to do for a number of stops. You can then adjust your booked time on the fly through the app even on the day when running late. Using the app is key to making this work well.

We saved a ton of money with the London Pass. The only issue was with very crowded atractions in which we are accomodated in the "next available group", and sometimes it takes a few hours - in our case was Buckingham Palace. There was an atypical situation with the Royal Observatory (which we didn't get in) because of the eclipse.

Convenient and easy to use. Lots of perks. We grabbed the 5 day pass and it gave us a lot of flexibility for our site seeing and attractions planning. Some attractions have limited entry times when using the pass. Restaurants and café coverage was easy to redeem. The data plan included with the Pass is a huge added bonus.

Perhaps a second Musical could be included.

For some attractions skip the line is good, saving time. However, our experience of visiting the restaurant was very bad especially for Hard Rock Cafe , the staff at reception was very rude and unfriendly.

It is very convenient and easy to use

Everything that requires special booking is handled perfectly.

Thanks to this London Pass, we were able to do so many things in four days. And it saved us a lot of money compared to buying everything separately.

Great experience. Just only a suggestion: it should be better to allow the booking of all attractions, without 10-day limitation.

The 10-day pass is highly recommended because it allows you to visit a lot of attractions and skip the lines at some of them.
