Got the pass for three days with six year old, highlights were legoland, Paddington bear experience and the London eye. Got lunch in the hardrock with the pass also. Great value

Had to consider separately organising tickets for my 4-year old but bought her a pass in the end which added cost +++. Trying to sort separate bookings for her was far too complicated and fraught with difficulty given concern over less availability for some attractions and queuing. Some places made you feel 2nd rate for having the app
However, was useful but customer service could be less robotic and have more warmth

Good overview of sights
Good overview of sights. Easy to plan the days. Good possibility to change bookings or reservations. Didn’t have to wait anywhere. But that was because in general there were few visitors than usually. For only few sights time slots are possible to select. We had a 5 days pass that’s 15 attractions. We managed 14. If there are cues it’s difficult to visit the planned sites. Which happened to us at Hard Rock Cafe. So we missed 1 attraction. Also check the traveling time between locations! Good tool for that is the public transport app Citymapper.

London Pass Is Not What It Appears – Poor Transparency & Chaotic Experience
If you’re considering buying the London Pass, please be aware of the serious limitations that are not made clear at the point of purchase. My family and I bought five passes and spent weeks planning a full day in London, only to discover that the reality of using the pass is very different from what Go City advertises.
Most attractions do NOT allow pre‑booking, despite Go City promoting the pass as a convenient, stress‑free way to plan your day. This lack of transparency caused major disruption for us. At the Post Museum, we were told the earliest Mail Rail slot was 14:00 simply because we were using a “third‑party ticket” — something Go City never mentions. At the Museum of Illusions, we faced a 50‑minute wait, during which we had to power‑walk around Oxford Street trying to secure bookings at other attractions while the kids waited.
The entire day became a stressful race against the clock, with rushed visits and constant replanning. This is not the experience Go City leads customers to expect.
When I raised these issues, I received nothing but templated responses that ignored the core problem: the pass is not as described, not fit for purpose, and not transparently represented. Go City refused even a goodwill gesture, hiding behind the fact that the passes were “used and expired,” instead of acknowledging the misleading information and the chaos it caused.
If you’re planning a busy day, travelling with children, or expecting a smooth itinerary, please think twice before purchasing the London Pass. The lack of clarity around pre‑booking and attraction restrictions can turn what should be an enjoyable day into a frustrating and exhausting experience.

So easy to use and get into sites. Saved heaps on full price tickets and surprise discounts in site shops etc. I would recommend London pass to any city traveller if you are intending to visit a lot of main attractions.

Save your time and money
This pass ended up being a waste of money. Rather than enhancing our trip, it left us rushing from attraction to attraction.
The most frustrating experience was the Windsor hop-on hop-off bus. Our pickup was scheduled for noon, but after waiting 30 minutes with no bus, customer service could not provide any information about its location or arrival time. We were told to wait another 15 minutes. When the bus still hadn't arrived, a second representative insisted it was only minutes away. It never showed.
As a result, we lost valuable sightseeing time and missed much of Windsor. I would not recommend this pass. Save your money and buy tickets only for the attractions you truly want to visit.
