Manager needs another job
I went inside Little Caesars and ordered two pepperoni pizzas and two orders of crazy puffs. When I got my order, she handed me one pizza and two crazy puffs and I explained to her that I ordered two pizzas. She looked at the receipt and said I only paid for one pizza and walked away. So I just stood there and she turned around and looked at me like what and I said OK so I need another pizza then and even the lady at the register said I ordered two pizzas so they got to arguing back-and-forth. So the lady told me if I wanted to order another pizza, I had to go stand back in the line again I guess and hold my food that was already in my hand at that point I just walked out the door. The crazy puffs are raw and have no pepperoni in them, which is what I ordered. And the crazy puffs didn’t even have any sauce on them. They were just dry and raw.

This has been going on for a while now..
I have been trying for quite some time now to get this issue resolved. I've also sent couple feedbacks on there main website as well. No response ..I've spoken to numerous people at the store at my location about this, on different occasions- they kept telling me to speak with the Manager onsite (which .was not a help ) OR contact corporate .So I called Corporate many times. I finally got to speak with an Anthony ( didnt get his last name - wish I had ) - he stated that this will get passed onto the General Manager, to see how this can be rectified. Have not heard from anyone... ..
So, Back on the 15th of July, 2022 - I had placed an online order for a pick-up for on my way home from work -Payment went through, I got my Order # and time frame it was to be ready, so when I arrived at the location in Allentown, Pa .- Store ID # 328638, The store was closed and other people were waiting outside to pick-up their order as well. Un-believable This is not acceptable- The website should have stated No Online Orders available, if the store was closed..Seriously.. .. All I'm been trying to do is either get money refund OR Since I've already paid for the order is to have the order prepared for me and honor it. No way for a business to run.
I will keep making a point, until this gets resolved

Insulted by Manager Over Crazy Sauce
6801 Ogden Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402
I’ve been to this location multiple times and this visit was unpleasant and gotten insulted by the manager! 3/31/24 at 11am. I ordered 5 crazy sauce part of my big order and 3 sauces are full and 2 are less than half! I asked the employee to please put a little more as the other 3 are full! She said she cannot because she can get in trouble if she fills a cup?! But the other 3 are touching the lid! I don’t understand. She asked if I would like a refund??? I asked if she can please fill the 2. She said it’s a policy they are allowed to fill to half. Manager came and said I don’t like how you’re speaking to my employees….. I said nothing to insult or be rude and manager said I was!!! Also stated the policy to fill halfway is online that’s a LIE for a customer who ALWAYS orders online! No where online said only 1 scoop of sauce!! Why you holding back the sauce?!! Definitely a rip off on the sauce! WOW!!! AVOID this location unless you want rude customer service and to be insulted and for my money spent I rather go to a different location!! Last time going to this location with rude manager that’s there AND insults you for asking kindly to fill the sauce in 2 cups that weren’t filled! Didn’t offer any gratitude and how she sees the sauces filled half and then completely full!!
I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Little Caesars Pizza that compelled me to share my feedback. The service provided by this establishment was abysmal, and the managerial staff exhibited shocking levels of disrespect and incompetence when dealing with customers.
Upon placing an order, it became immediately evident that something was amiss. Not only were orders consistently incorrect or missing altogether, but the quality of the food was also severely lacking. Most recently, I placed an order for 16 pizzas, only to receive over 10 of them in a charred and inedible condition. It was evident that these pizzas had been severely overcooked, rendering them practically inedible.
When bringing this issue to the attention of the manager, I was met with an appalling attitude. Rather than displaying any semblance of concern or accountability for the subpar quality of the food, the manager adopted a dismissive and condescending tone. It was as though he believed he was doing me a favor by offering a refund, despite the fact that I had photographic evidence to substantiate my claims.
The overall lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by Little Caesars Pizza was nothing short of appalling. It is deeply disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. As a result of this experience, I have resolved never to patronize this establishment again, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before doing so themselves. Little Caesars Pizza has proven itself to be wholly unworthy of patronage due to its consistently poor service and disrespectful treatment of customers.
Great service and product
Great service. The pepperoni puffs were very satisfying both in taste and number.

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. Placed order online and drove to the Frankfort, IL location to pickup on time. When I arrived, the store door was locked and no one was observed in the store! I tried calling the landline listed and never got anyone to pick up the phone. About ten minutes later, a employee with red hair was seen moving around in the back of the store. I was able to get her attention by knocking on the glass door and was told that they had no employees show up to work today and that she was not opening the doors to the public by being alone in the store. She was not making orders and if I and others that were standing out front, we could request a refund online-but it would take 5 to 7 business days!
Horrible customer service
Had me waiting in drive thru for almost 10 min just to find out it was closed. When I finally got tired of waiting & went inside. I was greeted very rudely. Actually no greeting at all nor a thank you. The pizza is good but little Caesars y'all have to do better about who you hire to represent your company. All Detroit locations are horrible customers service
Undercooked bread sticks we had to air…
Undercooked bread sticks we had to air fry when we got home. The Hula Hawaiian pizza was barely warm in the middle with chunks of slimy ham. Absolutely 100 times worse than a frozen pizza from Walmart. And the store wasn't clean. Seriously a health hazard. Our first time back in 15 years. It can wait another 15.
Such bad customer service
Refuse To Give Refund
Ordered food 12/18/2023, it’s now over a month later and I haven’t received money back for food that got cancelled by the driver. So they took money out of my account for food I never seen. Every time I call about my refund the date for me to see my money in my account increases. 7-10 business days to 10-12 business. The problem keeps being “Escalated. Do not order for delivery if you can go pick it up. You will be potentially getting robbed whether it’s your fault or not.
Pizza was like warm once we received…
Pizza was like warm once we received it. Waiter in line for over 30 minutes. Restaurant is so disorganized. No one food was ready.. im pissed cause management don't know how to manage. Little Caesars needs to better. Oh cheese sticks was like rubber so that was a complete waste of money
Inept online ordering, horrible customer service
This is actually the second time I said I would never go back. I ordered online for pickup from the 14th St Store Bradenton Florida. It's right across the street from my home. The online app allows you to track it's progress so you allegedly know when it is ready. App said it would be 15 minutes. Waited 30 with no updates. went across the street to ask for a refund. In some eligible language employee brought out a pizza, not mine. took me another 20 minutes to explain REFUND. Similar situation last time I dealt with them crappy customer service crappy online app. It's like ya walked across the street into a foreign country.
Bye Bye, Little Caesars
After my initial review last July, we decided to try LC again to see if anything has changed. The answer...NOPE! The LC located on Danville Rd. in Decatur, AL once again did a terrible job with the pepperoni pizza we ordered. We may have just as well ordered a cheese pizza, because the amount of pepperoni on it was almost non-existent. So as the title of this review indicates, bye-bye LC. We'll go elsewhere for our pizza from now on.
They treat veterans terrible
They treat veterans terrible. They say they get a free lunch combo on veterans day and then tell them they are all gone! Not even an "Im sorry."
Very cheap
Very cheap compared to Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Jones while still having the same quality and mass.(While I was in US
Bad service
I place an order online at 6:04 p.m. said it would be ready from between 6:30 and 6:35. I got to the restaurant at 6:35 and was told to wait about another 10 to 15 minutes. I'm an hour later and they're telling me another 15 minutes. That's the way to run a business. People walking in off the street getting their orders before people that ordered online doesn't make sense to me.
Very disappointed use to be a good store
Stay away from south church st Burlington nc store the store is nasty and the staff act like they are at the club never again.
