I had ordered the ultimate steak pizza and if there was steak inside Must have been very small little pieces, but I did get mushrooms onions and bell peppers if there was steak inside there I must have missed it, so where was the Supposed STEAK. That we see in the commercial
there was NO STEAK in my pizza. Also I ordered with the pizza was the cheese steak crazy puffs and they were burnt, the only thing that was right was the pepperoni pizza. Maybe they need to just make the pepperoni pizzas and drop the other stuff they call themselves making cause that was a wasted $30.+ dollars We spent with them. I don't see us returning to waste our money again, there are other pizza places, we will patronizing. I gave them 2 stars only for the pepperoni pizza.

I specifically clicked on the coupon for 2 pizzas at $4.99, put in my order, and confirmed that my card was charged for over $10 but when I got to the pickup window, I was told, by a laughing clerk, that the charge was for only one item and my coupon must have errored out. What a stinking Bait and Switch way to get additional revenue Little Caesars! From now on I will go to Domino’s where the coupons actually work.

Delivery was super late and cold when they FINALLY arrived. Won’t be ordering from here again

First of all when ordering on the app, the address is not correct it’s 9854 but the actual address is 9852 between two staff members and a manager. No one has no clue or information, ordered online. Came in to pick up our order. Pizza wasn’t ready because they needed our order number so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our pizzas.The manager was very rude and unhelpful kept stating she didn’t know what was going on. The amazing part was that It wasn’t even busy whatsoever.just all and all not happy with the service. Or the manner the business.Business is conducted. Next time we’ll make the trip to the Big Bend location, even though this one’s five minutes down the road from our house.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their crust is. I'm originally from NY, so a good pizza crust is a must. And they do a good job with it.
I'll admit they're not consistent. Sometimes the pizza is overbaked.
But they make a delicious pizza for a great price.
I'm reviewing my local Little Caesars, not them in general.

Order pizza a hr before I picked it up pizza said was done online but wasn't ready claimed the employees I sat their for a long ridiculous amount of time to find out my pizza was on counter getting cold.

Delivery service was good but every in person experience has been horrible. The store manager who takes the orders is rude, and pushy.. he looks and sounds miserable.. just very unprofessional.

I like that the pizza has more flavors than other pizza places.

I have no complaints especially when it’s only two workers working

App overcharged, listed the pizzas at one price but then the email receipt showed they charged me 40% higher price. Local manager was rude and condescending, said there was nothing I could do. I even showed her the app that proved I was overcharged. She admitted and confirmed there was a system glitch that showed the wrong price in the app, but she wasn't going to do anything about it and said no one else at Little Caesars could get my overcharge back. Still waiting on response from corporate (i.e. the local district manager). It's been days. Are they missing in action, more like missing/inaction. Hey Little Caesars IT department, your app had the pepperoni pizzas listed at $5 each so I bought enough for the whole family and them some but I was then charged $7 each! I wouldn't have splurged had I known. That's dishonest and deceptive. Yes, a $10+tax overcharge matters, at least to me and a lot of other hardworking people out there. Pizza Pizza? How about Rip-off! Rip-off!

There was no option for zero stars.
My real rating is 0!. They got my order wrong and then refuse to correct it or give me money back! I came back 5 minutes after receiving it and the pizza was still hot and whole. What is so hard and wrong with correcting a mistake. I asked to speak tobthe manager and she said she was the manager. She never fixed her mistake instead, She ruined 4 little children's evening. I will never put from any lil Ceasars b ever again in my life! just the worst experience ever all for crumbs!

2 weeks ago I bought a pizza from there as my boyfriend worked late that nite so I decided to get us a pizza for supper because I didn't think he would want to cook when he got home.. the next day I got sick really bad throwing up and it was bad the other day I bought it again as I didn't think it was the pizza that made me sick well the other day I ended up sick again just the day after I had the pizza so I told my boyfriend he agreed with me I will never eat from little ceacers again it causing me to be sick every freaking time ...

My boyfriends pizza is bigger than mine, mine is deflated!

This is the second time I bought a pineapple pizza and a mushroom pizza with vegetables online, they delivered me one with pineapple and one with just the sauce and cheese. And poorly prepared, as if it was reheated. A mistake that makes me waste my money. I will definitely not buy here again. Once is passable, twice is incompetence.

I made a purchase at this store today. My soda was flat and I attempted to return it.
But your worker was extremely rude and refused to let me exchange it. She took my soda and shook It up and stated that it had bubbles. And that she couldn't do any about it. I stated that that I purchased a flat soda here once before and one of the guys that worked there let me exchange it with no problems. She stated that he shouldn't have let me do that. I ask her why she had an attitude and she walked off. I asked for the corporate office number and she refused to give it to me. I also had to ask her name several times before she answered me. She said that her name was "BECKY". I later looked at my receipt and it said BRENDA F. So I'm assuming that she gave me the wrong name.
She was extremely rude for no reason. And she had been very short with me from the beginning of my purchase.
She was very unprofessional.

If you're a pizza lover who likes a little flair and are looking for a pizza that is a step up i recommend the pretzel crust pizza.
This pizza holds a couple different cheese. There's your standard mozzarella but there is a yellow cheese sauce that adds to the delicious unusual delightful flavor!
The pizza has extra pepperoni and the outter edge of the pie has the pretzel crust loaded down with a tastey ring of rock salt.
Little caesars always offers pizza at an affordable price and your pizza is always served fresh from the oven!

If I could give a zero, I would. For the third time in a row they delivered the wrong pizza. Little ceasars blames door dash. Door dash blames little ceasars. In the mean time I paid a delivery fee, a service fee and a tip. I will NEVER order from them again. EVER.

I had a problem with food i ordered at Little Caesars Pizza on Starr but i talked to a manager who was very nice and trying to make things right with a customer so thank you for reaching out.

So, little Caesars on Yale near admiraI in Tulsa Oklahoma. I was going to order 2 pepperoni and one meat lovers but unfortunately the girl taking my order in the Drive-Thru did not know how to speak english. When I said meat lovers, she replied "pepperoni?." I really didn't want to make her feel bad or embarrassed so I didn't ask for someone else to take my order, I just said yes 2 Pepperoni's. 😆 The pizza was horrible, 🤮 it tasted a day old.. I ate it because it was 4:00 p.m. and the first time I had anything to eat that day, I was HUNGRY but the thought of it 🤮 I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed in the last 5 years or so Little Caesars has been getting really bad... 😔

Little Caesars is very good, but they should offer the lunch special all day everyday.
