Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Experience
I placed an order with Les Georgettes and am extremely disappointed with the entire process. After mistakenly selecting the wrong inlay size, I immediately contacted customer service to correct the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that changes were "logistically impossible," even though the order had not yet been shipped. Instead, I was required to return the incorrect items and place a new order—at my own expense.
Additionally, the website promised delivery by December 23rd for orders placed by December 18th. This promise was not upheld. While my second order (placed later) arrived on time, my first order, including a bracelet—a Christmas gift—did not. When I reached out for assistance, I was only provided with a tracking link, with no apology or solution offered for the delay.
Overall, customer service was inflexible, unhelpful, and showed no understanding of my situation. I incurred unnecessary costs due to returns and reordering, and the gift did not arrive in time.
I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise others not to rely on the promises made by this brand.

Wow, I absolutely love my rings. When I first put the order through, I was ment to order 1 but I'd doubled up in my basket and so paid double. Then I didn't get to view my order, so I started to panic and read reviews on here which were not good BUT the company replied within 2 days, kept on top of the order and delivered very quickly and kept the tracking up to date.. the quality is lovely I'm so happy, I have kept both rings.

I ordered a bracelet for a Christmas present for £156. After several days I found via the Tracking that it was waiting in UK Customs for taxes to be paid. I messaged the company about this twice but received no useful reply and was just left wondering if I would receive the item at all. Then I received a letter from Parcel Force telling me they had the parcel and I needed to pay £42 to get it. In addition because I had run out of time I paid a further £12 to have it delivered on a Saturday. Still no reply from Georgettes. I guess they don't give a damn having not told me that I would have to pay the taxes etc and are probably having a laugh at my expense, literally. Guess what, I won't buy from them again.

I love the braceletes from les georgettes and the concept with the changeable leather inserts. I orderes from the .com Website and it was always a good expirience. I buy online and in stores in austria, but it seams the stores in austria didn't have the brands anymore - so i order more online at les georgettes.

Extremely poor customer service. The item received was faulty, way smaller than advertised and they refused to admit it. Reviews on their website are very misleading, they are referring to other items and most importantly they are sorted from the best to the worst, anyone scrolling through would only see the good ones. As a UK customer, I went as to offer to post the item from France where they can issue a prepaid return label but still refused. In a world where choices are infinite, it is hard to believe that customer service can still be so poor. I will not shop there again.
Response to Les Georgettes: you have no way of proving that the item is not defective. You just don't care about providing a good customer service and experience, you are just greedy and want to rip your customers off.
Also on your website it never says that prepaid labels are for french customers only. It says "if you are in France, you will get a prepaid label" I am physically in France so I don't see the difference?
For anyone interested, small size ring is according to their size guide between a UK size M and O. It is actually a J which is not a little bit smaller but a LOT smaller.
JUST AVOID or at least don't expect any issues you have to be fixed

I had a bracelet bought for me for Christmas last year. I have since bought other bits from this company. I saw an offer this last week Which was buy a bracelet A leather insert and pick a second for free, then there was a signup to our newsletter and get 10% off which I did. No where did it so you could not use to office together as a checkout it was on zero for the second leather.
When my order was completed I noticed they charge me for both.
I contacted the company and basically they’ve just been rude and arrogant and said you cannot use to office together they don’t give you a choice to pick which one you want and obviously I would’ve had the second letter insert for free! I will not buy anything from this company again I will not recommend any of my friends,
This is a real shame as I think their product is pretty good.

Really happy with the bracelet, such good quality. I bought as a gift for my mum for christmas, so hope she will love it!! When I couldn't find the parcel tracking, I got a quick answer from them on facebook, thanks for the help

beautiful product wanted to purchase more product as an xmas present for my wife.the company now offers a choice of wrist size so to make sure i got the best size and to check it against what my wife already has i asked the company for the actual length of the medium and large size.they got back to me and said we cant give you size.pathetic shall be going to pandora now such a shame dont deserve the buisness .
I placed an online order in late June and was told 5-9 working days for delivery. It's a month later, and I have nothing! I have contacted the company several times for help, and have been given false delivery dates, inaccurate information and more. At one point I was told my items would be delivered the next day, yet my package was still in France! I have been told to make a claim with the carrier, which I cannot do since Les Georgettes paid for the shipping. I'll have to file a chargeback with my credit card, as I don't expect I will ever see my order, and they have not replied to my last message. Strongly recommend not ordering from them.

Courier delivering parcel made an error however although it wasn't their responsibility Les Georgettes customer service were very helpful and quick to reply, even though it was the weekend.
