Swift service but communication about shipping/delivery not great
I chose La Redoute as they had the item I wanted on offer and it was the best value I could find. Easy ordering process and item delivered swiftly to my collection point of choice. I'm giving 4 stars as communication about shipping and delivery could be better; there were no emails related to this and to confirm delivery. I only found out it had been delivered days after by checking the order page.

Lovely quality shoes and clothes!
I have received many extremely good quality clothes from La Redoute over the years. I love the availability of the many French online companies, which would normally be out of reach. I get lots of compliments from friends and relatives. Many of the clothes I buy are very smart and oif lovely quality and will remain in my wardrobe for many years, I tend to choose items which will not go out of fashion. Your mailing service is excellent, and very prompt, I collect my orders from a nearby service station, which is a short walk away from my house. Thankyou

I'm very disappointed in your organisation. I waited for one week to return my rug (which is a completely different colour and doesn't match the picture). I spent all day waiting for somebody to pick it up. And nobody came to collect it.

Lovely pair of sandals
Bought this pair of sandals for summer. Made of lovely brown leather so hopefully should last a few seasons. I haven’t tried them properly yet but walking around the house in them felt very comfortable. They go well with either skirt or jeans. The fit is great too, so far.
