The delivery was on time,the delivery…
The delivery was on time,the delivery guys were polite and helpful ,but unfortunately two pieces were damaged so have to Waite for replacements . I don’t think enough care is taken with forklifts and the handling of items as I see time after time things are damaged .

Easy to use website and good choice
I was able to find what I wanted on the website easily and had no difficulty in checking out. I was kept advised of the progress of my order up till the delivery. The items I ordered fit well but there is just one issue I have - the barrel leg jeans are more wide leg than barrel leg jeans. The items in the order arrived in good condition and on time.

Classic white t-shirt.
Kept informed of delivery. Feels nice quality fabric. Haven't washed yet so wait and see. Prefer a v-neck t-shirt so pleased to be able to find in linen.
Fairly straight forward order. Only thing, and I find this generally with so many companies - it's hard to gauge the sizing. All inconsistent. Even with the size guides provided. I may have got away with a smaller size but I didnt want to risk it when I placed the order. Hard work to order different sizes and return. Hard from photos to tell if slim fit or oversized etc. That is my only issue with on line shopping. Satisfied with product - loose fit and styling.

Its a nice bra
Its a nice bra, but if you have the bra on the last fixings it irritates your back as there isnt enogh protective material after them. Would also like more adjustment on the straps. I normaly wear M&S total support but tried these as those now have far too much elastane in now so also dont fit as well.
