Very quick delivery on the last occasion, no delivery charge for larger orders. There are some good offers to look out for. Will return one item as the colour is brighter than it appeared on the site, which can happen anywhere.

I’ve been buying "button down” (Oxford) cotton shirts from LandsEnd for years, but the cotton seems to have changed! This pair were nowhere near the quality I had come to expect. I think I’ll be looking elsewhere unless there is a confirmation that it was a batch issue?
