Both swimsuits didn’t fit
Both swimsuits didn’t fit. The 16 was extremely tight and the 18 too long in the body and too large in the bust.
I have DD bras, but your cup size on the swimsuit was enormous. I checked that they were the right size so very disappointing as the quality was very good.

David is a customer service star
We placed an order for 2 men's blazers and a pair of jeans. We needed the blazers for an upcoming wedding. There was an issue with the shipment, and after over a week, the courier still hadn't received the package. I contacted customer service. David managed to sort the issue quickly, and we had the blazers in time for the wedding. David was very helpful, professional and courteous. His customer service is testament to why I love Lands' End and will continue to order from them.

Nothing has gone wrong
Nothing has gone wrong - I will give 5 stars. I had to return the product as neither of them fitted me well. However, you have told me a refund is underway for which I a grateful. However, I was not able to use the QR code to return and had to type my own label to you. I would much prefer the previous system of having a return label enclosed with the order. However, excellent in all other ways. I am a long term customer and appreciate, most of all, being able to buy petite sizes.

The t shirt was fine but the vest shirts were inferior material, which had a mouldy smell when they arrived. Perhaps they have been in a warehouse for a long time.

Well designed shorts
These shorts are of a nice, relatively soft denim. They are a good fit with a slim styling. Our current hot weather has made me accept wearing shorts again and these are flattering even at my advanced age.

Another good quality item
Linen shirt was very nice quality, though I may replace the white buttons with ones which match the very nice dark teal colour. As I have come to expect, the item was well packed and posted promptly.
