Absolutely fantastic service. Stephen was brilliant at answering any queries I had and kept in touch at every step of the way. I was even contacted when there was a better mortgage rate available and switching was made effortless. Their service made the process of buying my first home stress free and easy going. I would heavily recommend and will be using in the future when I’m re-mortgaging.

Contantly messed around with information provided.
Member of staff off for months and their work not picked up which delayed process, and also miss informed by this member
Over all bad experience and would not recommend to use firm.
Review left on 14/08, still waiting on an update to complaint as of 28/08 .. 2 weeks passed and no information ..? Shows how unprofessional this company can be !

We got our mortgage through Kelly and were very impressed by the service. It was great to have phone consultations at convenient times to suit us. We felt informed at each stage and all questions were answered quickly. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother. Highly recommend.

Find them very professional and honest. Ross has been the AM and is very transparent.

L&C take away all the stress of finding and sorting a mortgage. They make contact when your current mortgage is running out so you can sit back and relax knowing you’ll hear from them when the time is right. Consultants are friendly and helpful and explain everything well

Originally Connor, then Heather dealt with me. They were accessible by phone (rare now days), friendly, clear with explanations and happy to answer any questions and accommodate what it was I needed. L&C were recommended by a friend and I just wish I knew someone who needed a mortgage right now as I would not hesitate to recommend you.
Just need to sort the portal out….really clunky and didn’t recognise my password any time I tried to log in, had to change it each time.

James, our advisor, was very attentive and knowledgeable of the various options and products available. Very happy to recommend and if we were to require a mortgage again in the future would be happy to use.

It was a quick turnaround from initiating a request to speak to an advisor, to having the initial call (on time and on the correct date agreed), to then receiving the call back with what offers are available, to getting the remortgage offer in place well in advance of a the current end date

If I could do 0 stars I would. We had to pull out of our purchase and L&C told us they would handle everything and we didn’t need to contact anyone else. We found out a month later that they hadn’t contacted the seller or the solicitor. They also got a lot of bits wrong on our mortgage application, probably as it seemed to be a different person every day who was dealing with the paperwork for our case. Would not recommend. Easier to go to a bank yourself and get a mortgage and we had to have all the difficult conversations ourselves that should have been down to L&C.
