Kover-it  Reviews

Excellent.

Very professional and attention to detail they check everything. Great customer service and I’m really impressed with the quality of the cover.

I can only repeat the title. The quality of the cover we have received is top notch. The website and ordering process was easy to navigate. The goods were ordered on a Monday afternoon and were delivered at 8.00am the following morning. Full marks from us.

Prompt delivery. Well fitting strong cover.

This is the second cottage arbour cover I have purchased from this company. Just like the first the quality and fit is outstanding. Why do I need another? I accidentally threw the original one away with some old boxes! A lesson learned.

Great comms and attention to details. Recommend!!

VERY GOOD PRODUCT...UPDATE ON ORDER STATUS COULD BE BETTER

Helpful and friendly company.
Wrong cover initially sent which takes the review down a little. However, company rectified the rror and the cover fits well and looks good. Time will show the quality, but so far so good.

Great quality product and a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

Our bench cover arrived yesterday & it fitted perfectly.
A phone call to clarify dimensions ensured a perfect product. We are delighted with it. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Quick delivery.
Cover fits well and was easy to put on.

We ordered a cover for our AFK Cottage Arbour & it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. It’s just perfect & is great quality. The company’s communication by email & phone was very professional & prompt. I would purchase from them again. You can find cheaper covers, but they’re not tailored to fit this specific arbour. I ordered the grey and it blends in nicely. Thank you.

could not fault Kover it ,delivery spot on, and the product amazing, and a 5 yr gaurantee.

The product was great. The delivery was supposed to be deferred but wasn't.

Quick and efficient delivery and an excellent product

When we ordered a cover for our AFK Cottage garden arbour, we had been looking at much cheaper options on Amazon. Kover-it was over twice the price but it was specifically designed for the make and model and so we ordered it. We had to wait a couple of weeks for the green colour to come back into stock, but they were friendly and informative throughout. I was imagining a light product bag through the post, but a big heavy box arrived. We were amazed at the quality of the thick, waterproof fabric and the smooth, robust zips and clips. It even came with a long piece of thick elastic cord to thread through the eyelets along the bottom. Definitely worth the wait and the expense to get a product that should protect our arbour for years to come.

I ordered a custom-made cover for our garden swing seat (the cover it came with fell to bits in the first winter). The company couldn't have been more helpful, and took great pains to ensure that every measurement was correct, asking for photos to make sure they got it right. We are delighted with the resulting cover, which is a perfect fit, tough and good looking.

Have had a brilliant experience using Kover It. Juliet being extremely helpful and the team doing a superb job in custom making some excellent covers. The quality is top notch and looks the part too! Will absolutely use again, well worth the money if you have anything outside that is worth protecting!
