I have been a Kitty Bingo member for a few years now.
I have always found the bingo does need a bit of an upgrade, and changes made recently have disappointed me. I am a Ruby VIP player and looked forward to the free bingo perks and high/low bingo games but these have been removed , therefore all bingo perks for Bronze, solver , gold and VIP players has become slightly more limited to bonuses.
There is a HUGE variety of slots to play, and withdrawal processes are fair for a VIP level player, but I do feel 72 hours for a lower level payer is unnecessary as I feel 36 hours is ample time for any processing of winnings , some sites only take 4 hours from requesting withdrawal to it being in your Paypal.
Customer service is excellent, I have found them to always be polite, curteous and friendly, and the VIP Team are amazing with me! I have had a bad few months in my personal life and the support I have received, just friendly messages have truly touched my heart.
Now, I may be one of the unluckiest payers at Kitty, however, the CMs on the bingo work tirelessly hard to make sure players are happy and entertained, and although I am really more a slot player they always say hello to me when they see my name pop up.
If i could improve Kitty, I think it would be to bring back the perks we all enjoyed as being loyal players as i feel loyalty works both ways and to take the little things away that makes you unique and special is what is going to lose a lot of long term players////on a positive note, keep up the good work and I must say a special thank you to Trevor, Daniel and Malcolm(whom i will miss ) for all their kind words and support over the last few months xxx Dawn2369 :)

Wish i read the reviews first! What in the world is this site meant to be. Put 10 pounds on got 40 , 10 for slots that went straight away won 40p if that then got 30 left for bingo. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
Joined today, deposited £10 and recieved £30 bonus credit and 20 free spins.
Problem 1: Went into a bingo room and bought 10 cards which cost £1 of my regular credit, waited a minute or so for the game of bingo to start but a message popped up saying the game was cancelled as there were less than 3 players! It didn't put the £1 I'd spent back so lost a quid on absolutely nothing.
Problem 2: Went back to the bingo lobby to find a room with more than 3 players, all the rooms had 0 or 1 players in them, except the ones which weren't going to start for over 3 hours! So no chance of actually playing bingo unless I waited hours!
Problem 3: Decided to play a slots game instead, the £9 regular credit I had left was gone in a couple of minutes and I only won 0.48p!
Problem 4: Decided it was time to use the 20 free spins I had, however after entering over 15 slots games I couldn't find a single one that would let me use the free spins (or the £30 bonus credit), I spent about 5 minutes on google to find the name of a slots game that would use the free spins and then another 5 minutes on kittybingo scrolling through a huge list of slots games to find the game. Used the 20 free spins and won £2.34, continued playing and it was gone in a minute.
Problem 5: As I now have no free spins or regular credit left I decide to use the £30 bonus credit, after at least 10 minutes of entering various games I have been unable to find any way of spending the bonus credit so I head to google but find nothing, I try reading parts of the terms and conditions, this didn't help at all, FAQs were also useless.
So basically I spent £10 on f all, except wasting half an hour of my life being peed off.
THE WORST BINGO SITE EVER.

Genuine impartial review - AVOID!
You will NOT make any profit or get your money back from the welcome offer. I (luckily) deposited the minimum £10 and completed the wagering requirements (as it clearly stated on their website with the progress bar at 100%). I managed to retain £17.25 of the initial £10 and £30 bonus. I proceeded to withdraw in the knowledge the wagering requirements had been met only to be told I had zero withdrawable balance. Went to live chat for assistance and they then said it is because I had to re-wager some of my bonuses as the rooms were empty and it had refunded my account. Absolute nonsense. They will use any small print or clauses in the book to avoid paying out and make it deliberately difficult to understand the reasons why. Please don't part with your cash.... you won't get it back.

If i could give this minus stars then I would. I put in over 800 over the course of 3 days in slots and haven't won anything over say £20 on a £1 spin. Literally the worst pay rate I have ever seen on a gambling site and I have seen a lot. The promotions aren't bad but the wagering requirements mean you will never get anything because you will never win. I carried on with it because I thought surely it would eventually pay out but nothing. I will also say I put probably over 250 in one slot and didn't get on the bonus once. I have never come across something as bad as this before.
