AVOID RTP is shocking very little or no bonus at all still waiting on my winnings going into my bank from last week!!! Wins are shocking, I get its gambling but no bonuses and don't say that are random because that's not true yous decide because its certainly not the games, UTTTER CRAP and to not have paid my winnings is worse

I hate what goes on in chat as there are two players who win all the chat games and block everybody else so you can't see if you won a chat game. It always ends up being them that won. I think they're the same person though have no idea how that's possible. Not really conducive to a friendly chat room when you have players who have blocked everyone for no reason and pocket £10 a day in chat games not leaving anything for anyone else! Selfish behaviour and they ought to be banned. Just taking advantage because they have a faster internet. Horrible chat experience because of those two players. Everyone else is nice and CMs are nice though they're not on all evening. If they sorted out chat and made it fairer it'd be a decent site.

Joke! If you win anything they lock your account and demand all your personal details, passport, driving licence, bank statements, council tax bill, selfie, etc

Did that but no bonus given after spending it.
Customer service came up with some jargon and copy and paste reply to not give the sign up bonus

The worst site I've been on by far 138 players in a room and i was just seeing the same 5/6 people winning every game, they were never in the room. Needs looking into i think. waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone number 1 in queue i gave up and left.

i deposited and kitty bingo took the payment out twice i got in touch with customer services who where rude to say the least i was told to phone the police and then my account got locked i tried contacting again to be told ive got the right information basically go away and phone the police i can’t believe the rudeness off staff i’ve got all the screen shots of my statement and transaction history with them which clearly states what has happened so i am getting in touch with the right people be careful if you ever deposit with this site taking double deposits then will shut your account down so you cant do much about it

I joined kitty and won and they transferred the money,I've won again and they have closed my account....I've sent off all my details to verify who I am and I've not got a single bit of response....these companies should ask you to verify who you are before they take your money not just when they have to pay you out

I have been a member for many years and it’s only recently I’ve had issues with promotions. Last month I was upgraded to the rewards vip which was great but unfortunately there was one promotion that I had issues with. After I wagered the right amount I had to call or go on live chat to have my bonus manually added. The customer service were great and I had no issues until today. I was advised that I was no longer eligible for the promotion as I had lost my rewards vip status ( this was due because of all the manual credit was put on my account) even tho the credits were my bonuses from the promotion that didn’t credit. I do think that was unfair especially as it was not my fault the bonuses never credited on my account. I only found out today that I was not eligible when I contacted Kitty bingo ( getting not a very understanding agent) after wagering and not receiving my bonus again that I won’t get it. The promotion is still on my account and in my active bonus so as far as I was aware it was still active. If I’m not eligible it should have been removed from my active bonus. I did rate Kitty bingo as a great site but after all the issues I’ve had and having my rewards upgrade removed because of their problems I don’t rate this site great anymore

I constantly get text messages from them with offers on, deals etc. Yet I have never signed up to Kitty Bingo and don't gamble.

Considering all this 'responsible gambling' claims they make, they continue to try and lure people in through unsolicited texts.

Hopefully your not also sending these to vulnerable children as this is a dangerous thing to do.

I deposited £300. The site took the money in £100 and £200 denominations.
None of the games would play so I withdrew the both sets of money.
Still havnt received the money .

Locked out off account for no reason

This has got to be the worst site ever experienced they don't pay out the return win is none existing it's a absolute joke I'd advise on not using this site unless you have that much money to throw away in the bin I've deposited over £700 pound into the site withdrawn £160 of my own money not that I won its just obviously not paying out so withdrew money I deposited so you can say that I deposited over £500 and did not win a thing so the only thing I can think is until you lose at least a grand you might be able to then win a fiver the only people who I would recommend this site to are my enemies disgusting site

Their verification process allows new user IDs to be created without verifying the email address used. My email address has been registered on various Rank Interactive (owns Kitty Bingo) gambling websites by imposters. VERY BAD

Bought bingo tickets numerous times gone bk in to play and my tickets have gone wot a joke
