What can I say this is the worst site…ever
What can I say this is the worst site in the history of sites no wins I have put almost 2,000£ and have received nothing from this site I made a complaint and they give me £50 that was gone in 5 minutes because they took half of it back after two minutes.

So i have been using kitty bingo for a few weeks i didn't have much luck at first then on saturday i won £600.00 of an 80p stake. If they cannot verify your identity automatically they will ask for some ID as they have to by law. As my withdrawal is back to my regular deposit method the process is simple they will pay it as a card refund with no issues. I found the site easy to navigate and the games as you would expect. Some pay some don't it's all random. I am saddened to see such negative reviews on here about the site because people have been accepting bonuses without reading the terms and conditions of the wagering requirements. If you deposit without a bonus and you win it's yours. If you accept a bonus and don't meet the wager req's then it's your own fault not kitty bingo's. They have been great and reviews stating you cannot win etc are false in my opinion. Rule no 1 is i don't ever accept a bonus as the games are made to pay out slightly less than your stake over a period of time unless your lucky and hit a Bonus round on a good game the wagering requirements make this very hard to pull a profit , this is the same with every online slot site. Simple math, if a game has a rtp of 90% it means of £100.00 in spins you will most likely have £90 left after playing through the £100 so add wage requirements and this becomes very difficult to win anything that's withdrawable. Rule no 2 is knowing when to call it a day don't chase losses. This company are cool i had fun i won a bit so my accounts £200.00 total deposits and £400.00 total withdrawals. The games they use are third party and the sites have no control on the level of payouts there are no settings. Untrustworthy site... authorities need too Investigate.
They don't even deserve one star... they put an exclusion on my account for 6 months because I said they where stressing me out..I deposited my first deposit but no matter what game I tried I either got an error message or insufficient funds message while trying to play my bonus...I never got too play 1p of my £30 bonus ....after going back too the chat for a fourth time and saying after spending an hour and a half trying too sort it that it was a stress they claimed they are thinking about my health by excluding me. The website is very substandard and even the chat page is very 1990's graphics... certainly not trustworthy.

This has got to be the WORST bingo site ever! Do not waste your money on it , it should be taken off the internet and never heard of it again. Kitty misrepresented a promotion by saying it was free spins and then gave bonus cash. I am fully aware that when you get bonus cash the system takes your real money first, but when you get free spins this is not the case and kitty have taken full advantage off this fact. This site is an absolute joke. I signed up because of a cashback bonus. And also opted in for the 300% plus 100 spins promotion. Playing bingo in a room for less than 20 I don't understand how can the same names pop up as winners again again again. I've won the lowest line twice and yet there are the same names winning nonstop. I don't see how these people can we over and over again without the bingo having some control over it. Either it knows I'm playing on promotion money or these are fake accounts created by bingo kitty to get there money back.
