Avoid or get your fingers burnt

I also would give zero if I could, JT Spas is currently withholding my funds and refusing any compensation for significant delays and loss of interest as I paid a premium to have my bath pod delivered within 6 days and they took 10. A 1.8-star rating, it's clear I am not alone. I have set a deadline for a resolution which has been ignored. As a result, I have now formally reported JT Spas to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. If you are considering buying from here, read the reviews first getting your money back is a nightmare not to mention the inconvenience of having to put off the plumber who was installing it and my time off. Avoid. they don’t deserve to be in business and aren’t necessarily the cheapest.

Since writing this review, I still have not had a refund

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered goods in January and was subsequently told they were unavailable. Promised a refund that has never been actioned.
Told every time it was with the accounts team, they are now ignoring emails. Two and a half months and still no refund. Avoid !!!

Worst experience ever dealing with this…

Worst experience ever dealing with this farce for a company. I ordered a shower cabin for £1000, They took the payment and within a day I had confirmation of shipping. I called them up and they said the carrier would contact me within the week, that the order had left them, 2 weeks of phone calls later to find out where if was and they said they never shipped it the one on the shelf was damaged and they had never shipped anything out. They then offered me a different unit for an extra £200, i declined and asked for a refund after being lied to for weeks with the last unit. Since this i have been emailing and phoning the company to send me my refund, they don't answer the phone, I occasionally get a we will chase this up with accounts email back. **Its a card refund it takes 5 minutes**. This company is holding onto funds for products they never had in stock and using excuses and lies to keep hold of it. The Company is JT Spas, (MCK International) - seem to be just grifting people out of money.
I will update this review if I ever see my money back..
P.S - You will find customer service is terrible, but i can image you get a lot of people shouting at you all day if you work for a company that steals peoples hard earned money.

Don’t order to this company

Don’t order to this company, very poor customer service.
My order number 47441
I order shower on 27 November 2025 and didn’t received till 12 Feb 2026
They simply say it was the last one and damaged on delivery.
They offer me another one which is £55 more expensive but they asked me to pay £100 more with no reason and manager simply said to refund your money after 3 months and no compensation.
They are very rude and and they don’t care for customer, I had to keep email and trace them.

Had to get bank to do a change back in order to get my money back anyone who has problems getting money back for goods get in touch with your credit card company or bank or the financial ombudsman all of which are free and will act on your behalf do not let these people keep your money for items not supplied

Optus Showers cubicle

Ordered two showers great value compared to other companies Excellent. Quality product Optus I Lock shower cabins Slight delay in delivery but worth the wait.

BE AWARE BE AWARE, if you want to lose your money and never see your new shower please buy from these, other wise stay away worse customer service ever they will lye and lead you on, 1st take your money and say item will be delivered 2 days then say 2 weeks then you get email saying that item you wanted after 2 weeks of waiting for, has been lost, then they want to charge you another £300 or more on top of the £1500 you have payed for another replacement witch will never come, they they say refund will be with you soon after 2-3 weeks of waiting still no refund, they never answer the fine and if they do they just put you on hold for over an hour until you hang up. Please please every one report this company to trading standards, I still haven't got my money back from an order I ordered in April, im taking them to a small claims company.

Great experience with JT Spas

I purchased a spa bath for health reasons and the customer service has been excellent, it took a while between receiving and installing the bath due to health reasons and I discovered that I had lost the legs and feet, JT Spas have been happy to assist me in sourcing the replacement parts.

The bath itself is of excellent quality and I can't wait to try it

Worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Nightmare in the end had to go through credit card company to get my two different refunds for my order.
Absolutely awful service from them.
Don’t be drawn in by their great prices, buy from Better Bathrooms they are excellent!
If I could give zero rating I would.

JT SPAS, Awful Lying company, avoid at all costs from purchasing from this joke of a company.
Purchased a shower unit and stone slimline tray, received order which was completely wrong, requested a return which they agreed to and incorrect purchase was collected by courier and was promised the return of my funds within 7-10 days, almost 6 weeks now and despite false promises and correspondence of my money to be returned, I’ve not received a penny.
Shameful sellers. BUYERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Shower no longer being manufactured but no REFUND

Purchased a shower only to be told manufacturer was not doing that model but still took payment of £1625, I requested a refund immediately was told it would take 7/14 days why that long I do not know they should of returned my money back immediately when they knew they did not have the item. I rang this company almost daily to be told it’s with the accounts department but they were behind in making refunds. On two occasions the agent who answered my phone call actually hung up on me. My advice to anyone stay away from this firm go anywhere but here as customer service actually stinks. I have had to give one star as you cannot leave none which I would have done.

These guys are complete scammers. I've been double charged for a bath and it has been 8 Months and I still have not got a refund. Ive sent numerous emails, advised them I'll be taking court action, reported to trading standards, and now going through a chargeback with my bank

Avoid. Avoid Avoid

Would give zero if possible. What an absolute joke of a company. They do not care at all about their customers. They make promises they never keep.
They are a complete waste of time. We got sent a shower unit with missing parts. Very wishy washy customer service.
Advice to all if you are having issues raise a dispute via your bank.
My partner is disabled and we have been waiting weeks for missing parts which apparently can't be found. How difficult can it be when we have sent them what we need. Awful company. Will stick to mainstream well known company in future.
