Ordered a shower cabin with steam. And they delivered the wrong one without steam and then refused to replace it.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

BE AWARE BE AWARE, if you want to lose your money and never see your new shower please buy from these, other wise stay away worse customer service ever they will lye and lead you on, 1st take your money and say item will be delivered 2 days then say 2 weeks then you get email saying that item you wanted after 2 weeks of waiting for, has been lost, then they want to charge you another £300 or more on top of the £1500 you have payed for another replacement witch will never come, they they say refund will be with you soon after 2-3 weeks of waiting still no refund, they never answer the fine and if they do they just put you on hold for over an hour until you hang up. Please please every one report this company to trading standards, I still haven't got my money back from an order I ordered in April, im taking them to a small claims company.

Absolute shower of s##t….messed up the order delivered the wrong item which is the cheapest thing they sell ….kept being told new one being dispatched we paid for express delivery took 2 weeks to arrive and was wrong…..cowboy con artist

SCAM ! Stay away from these people. There is no proper address or telephone number to contact them on. Why would that be, do you think? If you MUST try them, (and if you do after reading all the feedback on here, you deserve all you will undoubtedly get), Pay by credit card only, so you have some comeback; do NOT do a bank transfer, as they will ask you to, as it's much harder to get your money back when the goods are either nonexistent, don't turn up, or are faulty. 1 star because you cannot give anything lower. Reported to Action Fraud and Trading Standards, and will be taking action myself.
PS>Funny old thing, when I published this, I got a phone call asking for my bank details so they could refund me. Let's see what happens.

Their bank account has been frozen, while the Bank investigate what is going on with this company. You only have to look at the very, very
many other reviews on here to see what sort of company this is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe they are a drop-selling outfit, meaning they advertise to look like a professional company, but have no proper offices or goods in stock and just buy in from other companies when orders are placed, so they have very little control of goods in stock or deliveries, hence the extremely poor performance.
UPDATE 5 DEC 2025 - Nationwide have managed to get me money back in full. Well done them, thank you.
Anyone else having trouble with this company, get your banks fraud people on it, took about a month in total, but got it ALL back today. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I purchased a spa bath for health reasons and the customer service has been excellent, it took a while between receiving and installing the bath due to health reasons and I discovered that I had lost the legs and feet, JT Spas have been happy to assist me in sourcing the replacement parts.

The bath itself is of excellent quality and I can't wait to try it

Worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Nightmare in the end had to go through credit card company to get my two different refunds for my order.
Absolutely awful service from them.
Don’t be drawn in by their great prices, buy from Better Bathrooms they are excellent!
If I could give zero rating I would.

Purchased a shower only to be told manufacturer was not doing that model but still took payment of £1625, I requested a refund immediately was told it would take 7/14 days why that long I do not know they should of returned my money back immediately when they knew they did not have the item. I rang this company almost daily to be told it’s with the accounts department but they were behind in making refunds. On two occasions the agent who answered my phone call actually hung up on me. My advice to anyone stay away from this firm go anywhere but here as customer service actually stinks. I have had to give one star as you cannot leave none which I would have done.

These guys are complete scammers. I've been double charged for a bath and it has been 8 Months and I still have not got a refund. Ive sent numerous emails, advised them I'll be taking court action, reported to trading standards, and now going through a chargeback with my bank

Shower sent back, confirmed then told it can take 7 to 14 days. Its been nearly 4 month of promises and they still owe me £1000 AVOID!!!!!

Would give zero if possible. What an absolute joke of a company. They do not care at all about their customers. They make promises they never keep.
They are a complete waste of time. We got sent a shower unit with missing parts. Very wishy washy customer service.
Advice to all if you are having issues raise a dispute via your bank.
My partner is disabled and we have been waiting weeks for missing parts which apparently can't be found. How difficult can it be when we have sent them what we need. Awful company. Will stick to mainstream well known company in future.
Can't find enough words to air my anger

Absolute load of rubbish customer service. Two days in and I cannot get through. Don’t waste your time and effort. I wish I read up on the reviews before I called. Poor reviews poor service. God help there after sales.

Boxes delivered damaged. Parts missing. Sent a picture of damaged boxes. Still trying to get this sorted. I've asked for my money back. Terrible service. Never again will I use JT Spas. I've put 1 star because I couldn't put anything less.

The worst customer service and after sales team. I have been having issue with my Lisna Whirpool bath ever since we bought it and it has been 3 three months without any support from customer care. Dawn from customer support is dealing with this and responds only via email once a week saying someone will call but no one has called. Their phones lines don’t work.

The worst company to deal with and I will totally avoid this company.

We had a bad experience with JTSpas, we have ordered 700mm*700mm shower tray and shower enclosure.
This was recommended by the builder who has trust in this company as he has advised several other landlords.
When the order came we just checked the item is in good condition.
When the builder came and fixed the shower tray and then when he was trying to fix the shower enclosure it was not fitting. He checked the shower tray measurement he found that wrong order has been sent which is 800mm instead of 700mm.

I have emailed the JTspas about the wrong order and that if they could replace the 700mm*700mm shower enclosure to 800mm*800mm enclosure.
They mentioned they dont sell 800mm but this was false.
Also they are blaming the builder that he should have checked, once we have ordered the right item we expect right item to be sent.
Also Builder mentioned having trust with the company why would he keep on checking every time for each item measurement as it would be really hectic for him as they work in several places and it was the fault from the company.
Now because of this company I have to unnecessarily incurred £800 for no reason. They are not compensating or helpful for any reason.
I have faced horrible experience with this company. I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company.

they have just stolen my money ,they did not deliver the item in may and have kept the money

I ordered a steam shower, delivery came on time,we'd already agreed with plumber to renovate bathroom whilst we were on holiday,when we got home the plumber called in to see if everything was alright.we said brilliant neat job. but how do we use steam option to which he replied it's not a steam shower it's a normal shower, i contacted jt spas and was told they had sent wrong shower,after a week of negotiations we accepteded waiting for six weeks for a new panel and steamer to arrive,I contacted jt spas again to try to arrange compensation to fund the plumber for correcting the shower. But was told no compensation would be given, and was told They've already given me a gesture of good will by replacing the panel, but it's what I'd ordered and paid for originally, never again will I deal with jt spas.

Ordered a Lisna Waters Steam Shower pod which was delivered on time by a courier. However not all the optional additional parts were delivered which I didn't realise. Having then engaged a plumber and electrician to install in my new bathroom was where it all went wrong. Firstly the control panel on the shower was incorrect with a hose fitted that was a foot too short to reach the shower head. The hose from the steam generator to the waste was and still is missing. The seals in the doors were missing and still are. The instructions to operator the control panel are incorrect. The shower pod is one inch smaller than the actual tray, meaning it doesnt fit snug inside the tray and there are no instructions and no reasons why not. Despite being sealed correctly there is leakage from an unknown place. I have had to go to Wickes and purchase hoses myself and mackle one together which. Incorrect glass shelves were sent and i still have not heard back from anyone to have a replacement glass shelf, so I have two holes in my shower wall where it is meant to go. Now no one is answer the phone at JT SPas so I suspect it will be going bust any day soon. Lisna Waters have been in touch, but despite sending them a whole host of issues, they havent so far replied either. They are the manufacturers so they should be responsible for the fact the shower is not fit for purpose. I would avoid at all costs and probably go to FROG showers down south.
