    2 person outdoor sauna looks great in my garden

    Received my new 2 person outdoor infrared sauna on Friday which was fully installed by Insignia (except for the electrical connection). Really pleased with the quality and design which has exceeded expectation. The maintenance free wood effect aluminum outer case is such a bonus compared to a natural wood that needs to be treated. Jamie helped me with the purchase which was seamless. Craig and Alex did the install which was trouble free and professional. Alex took the time to explain the controls which was much appreciated. Good job Insignia!

    I've ordered a shower spa unit,
    Jamie White was super helpful and knowledgeable, it was good to speak with someone who knows what there selling, he kept me up to date and as worked with me while i sorted the plumber out

    Outdoor hybrid sauna

    Jamie provided information and guidance when selecting the hybrid sauna and was in regular contact.Good liaison with ourselves and electrician to ensure correct wiring and the delivery and installation team were very professional. The sauna looks great, both infra red and traditional functions are easy to use. We were advised on what finish to apply to the outside and on maintenance. We would strongly recommend this company

    I have gone direct to Insignia for my Platinum dual shower, as I met with Nero Patel who showed me the product at the showroom and advised me on the installation. When I had an issue he resolved it with a day. So thank you Nero , I have also shown friends my insignia shower purchase.

    All my correspondence was dealt with in a timely fashion and therefore no complaints.

    The sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and no damage/s to anything.

    Sauna was built (by myself and a friend) without any problems. I did give it 2 coats of Barn Paint where needed before it was built, as i did not want to get caught out with the weather and all went well.

    All in all from my initial enquires, purchasing, delivery and the build, all went well.

    Very helpful when choosing what Sauna to purchase

    The purchasing process for a sauna has been really great. I have been looking at lots of options and need advice on what to choose and Jamie at Insignia has been super helpful and responsive. Would really recommend

    Jamie was great with me

    Jamie was great with me. I wasn't sure about the purchase before speaking to him. He put me at ease cos he had so much knowledge about the sauna and that as well as his mannor built my trust enough to go ahead. Some sauna places seem un reliable but this company seems much more authentic.

    Avoid at all costs

    Absolute joke from placing an order right through to installation this Company are atrocious.
    I’ve ended up with a steam cabinet without the DAB radio function advertised as that was only available on their 3rd generation model, apparently I have the 4th generation, I would have assumed a newer and better version that only has the antiquated FM radio, hardly an advancement.
    My professional installers claimed this was the worse shower cabin they had ever assembled and took them much longer therefore costing me much more.
    The internal lighting is patheticly dull.
    It doesn’t even come with a remote control which my 18 year old unit did have. Therefore to turn on the shower you’ve got to reach in under the overhead shower and operate a valve soaking your arm in freezing cold water, which because the doors are open soaks the floor.
    So badly designed and sold that I’ve had to instruct my lawyers and Trading standards to bring them to task.
    Not impressed for nearly two grand

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with your shower.

    To clarify, the DAB radio function has been discontinued. While FM was retained for a period, we are now moving away from radio features altogether in favour of Bluetooth connectivity, which allows customers to stream music or access DAB via their own devices, a direction aligned with how most users now prefer to listen.

    With regards to installation, we’re unable to comment on individual installers, as we do not assess or approve third-party workmanship. That said, our units are designed to be silicone-free with a quick-click assembly system, and are successfully installed by a wide range of installers. We also provide a dedicated technical helpline, along with detailed manuals and video guides to support installation.

    The internal lighting is intentionally designed to be ambient, rather than bright, to create a more relaxing shower environment.

    In terms of operation, the unit does not include a remote control, nor was this specified as a feature. The method described for turning on the shower is standard for this type of product; water can initially be run through the hand shower before being diverted to the overhead once inside the cabin.

    I purchased my Insignia shower in…

    I purchased my Insignia shower in August 2021 and unfortunately I have not been fully satisfied with it since installation.

    The built-in music feature is disappointing because even at the lowest volume setting it is still too loud, so it is difficult to actually enjoy listening to music while using the shower.

    Another major issue is the design of the hair catcher in the drain. It is extremely difficult to remove hair from it, which makes cleaning and maintenance very frustrating. This is probably the most troublesome part of the shower for me.

    I have also noticed that the rubber seals around the shower have turned yellow, and the essential oil pad outlet has also discoloured.

    Overall, the shower looks nice but some of the design details make it inconvenient to use and maintain. I would at least hope the company could provide a better replacement for the hair catcher design.

    Over the past five years, we have made a number of product improvements, including adjusting the radio volume to a lower level. The hair catcher and steam guard/oil pad holder have not previously been raised as issues, so these areas have remained unchanged.

    Great customer service

    Jamie White was excellent on the phone. He took my order well and spoke well about the product. He made sure delivery for my separate orders was synchronised. I had a great customer experience.

    Products that Ive received form this…

    Products that Ive received form this company have always been good. You do find a lot if the items they have online for sale are quite often out of stock. Showing available, call and check they have them. And then get an email or call saying they are out of stock after you have paid fir them. But of a pain in backside when Tring tocomplete a job. Customer service is always good though. Would be 5 stars if they had the products in stock that they say they have.

    i was trying to order monsoon shower…

    i was trying to order monsoon shower head SP333.
    I eventually found the page but there was no way to place the order. there was no add to order or out of stock. also i ordered some replacement door rollers
    but it took sometime to locate them. it is not an easy straight forward site

The issue with the monsoon head was stock talking to the website, hence it wouldn't allow you to add to the cart. This has since been resolved. Regarding the door wheels, we do have a part finder to make your search a little easier, or you can contact us directly for assistance. Either way, I'm glad you got sorted in the end.
