The Venice experience was great! The Hotel lacked basic amenities. No facilities to make a drink in the morning in our room and only mirror available was in the bathroom.

i was lied to by you saying i would have a room away from the building work i was directly opposite also you said it was 200metres away when it was 50 metres also i paid extra for a sea view but got a side sea view which most of the rooms had anyway i have never complained before but feel totally let down by jet2 holidays

Holiday starts when drop off bags at airport from then on it’s all good

Excellent, hotel was amazing

Good hotel,nice holiday, Greece was nice experience,only problem is hotel itself 5 stars,but I will never give this stars,because of spirit drinks,only one whiskey on all inclusive which is lebel 5.

We have been to Costa Teguise a few times but this was our first time staying at Barcelo. We loved it. The hotel, rooms, breakfast, entertainment and staff were all brilliant. Highly recommend. It's great having the shop on site and the Italian restaurant was superb. The food was delicious and servers were so attentive and friendly.

Wonderful hotel, staff and resort! We’ll be back!

The hotel was far from 4star, checkout was at 12 the pickup was at 19.00, room cards and towel card had to be handed in.. how do you get dry spending a day around the pool.!! You have to pay €10 ( I was all inclusive)

Jet2 side of things was spot on.
Reason for the visits was my daughter got married in the hotel, the kids had not been able to eat for nearly 5 hours so I decided to get a plate of chips for them.. no no no guests only… £15000 and couldn’t give the kids 1 plate of chips… disgusting and disappointed

Absolutely fantastic place! Only booked for a week but stay d for two weeks was so good! Food was excellent and the staff were amazing! Loved every minute xxx

The online Booking was easy going with concise information of what our next steps were coming.
Concerning Check In. +. Seats on Plane. +. Transfers over seas and more.
The Flight was on time there and back to Malta and cabin Crew were very polite.
The Hotel was excellent choice with a Rep popping in various times during our stay.
This is our Third Holiday away with Jet 2 since September 2025 and we must say we will always book with Jet 2 when the time arises.

Would highly recommend! Jet2 staff were amazing,
From getting to the airport the transfers everything just ran smoothly.

Including everything for the holiday e.g including flights, luggage allowance, transfers and Reps to help direct holiday makers.

Wow wow what lovely welcoming hosts we had at the Luisa apartments,
Absolutely loved ot there, the pool the food was superb always a sun lounger available, such friendly welcoming staff
Lia, Chrissa and of course the main lady Luisa always there with a smile to greet you and cater the nest they can to your needs.
Pool was very clean and tidy always
Lovely location as your on the main road but off of it down a lane .
Def stay again they refurbed alotvof the apts. Cant wait to go back
