I would love to say a massive thank you to all the staff they were all amazing my husband is disabled they were super helpful Christina on the reception made our holiday she was so helpful over and above :) the hotel is super clean food is amazing and very family friendly.

What a fantastic experience of Ibiza. So glad we chose jet 2.

Our hotel was in good location in Funchal and we had an excellent large room with balcony, which we didn't expect. Breakfast had a very wide selection and of a high standard. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool areas very clean and the entertainment was varied.

You can’t go wrong with Jet2 holidays, never had any problems. Everything is always well organised, on time and taken care of. I’m trying to have at least two holidays a year with Jet2. Great destinations, good planes, reliable, value for money actually too. Staff are always helpful if you need anything. Very pleased overall.

What a lovely, quiet, hotel with all the amenities you could possibly need. All the staff were an absolute pleasure and so helpful. The restaurant and pool bar were both lovely and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. The pool toilets were immaculate. Plenty sun loungers and situated a few minutes away from restaurants, bus station, shops, beach etc. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety and again the staff were lovely. The rooms were well equipped with complimentary water, tea, coffee, shampoo etc. shower, large and clean and red hot water. Both towels and bedding pure white and the bed was comfortable. A nice little balcony, not that I had chance to sit on mine, too much to do and see.

Wonderful. We had the most relaxing holiday with excellent accommodation , beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. Thank you to all those staff, front of house and those who keep the area so beautiful and an especial thank you to the lovely supervisor in the Japanese restaurant who got me eye drops . So kind!

We didnt like our room as there wasnt anywhere to sit outside. When asked on departure staff explain that as we booked with Jet2 the room was subject to availibility. The room was not ready when we arrived but we were given our bands and had to ask at the restaurant if we could have some food. Check in was 2pm. Bags stored until then. The room was cleaned every day. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly to keep the place spotless. The shower was small and the floor ended up wet as the seals were not good and the shower head could not be repositioned. The entertainment only lasted for an hour each night and the bar closed at 11pm.
The food was good. There was always something to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. The daytime staff worked very hard to get everyone involved with the activities. The hotel ran a bus to a couple of villages nearby. The public transport came to the hotel and was cheap. You could walk to the next village if you wanted on was 15 mins the other about 30 mins.
The hotel is listed as a 4 star but I would say its a 3. There are some lovely apartments around the corner from the main hotel and these looked more modern.
We were looking for something a bit more special as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.

Disappointed.

We flew from Edinburgh to Antalya and as we were about to take off my daughter was sick everywhere. No sick bags to be seen. I ran up to get some off the person working at the front. She gave them to me and a bag and told me that they do not clean the plane themselves so not to leave a mess for the next passengers boarding. I wasn’t expecting her to clean it or anything but a little care and compassion can go a long way in that situation.
I was then cleaning the sick up as best I could and was throwing wipes into a bag when at the same time a women came over the speaker on the plane and said again about how they do not clean the plane and how we should be cleaning up after ourselves. (I was throwing the wipes into the bag she had given me, not the floor) and felt like that was aimed at me given the timing - however she didn’t come straight over and say it wasn’t aimed at me after I said something.

Same situation on the way home when my nephew took unwell on the plane. Not a care in the world for us.

However couldn’t fault the staff at the actual airport. My dad hadn’t noticed his name was wrong on his pass. The women could not have been anymore lovely if she tried. And the staff at Antalya were also very lovely. Just seemed to be both flights going out of Edinburgh and coming home. They all were very unhappy and we could tell

However the holiday itself was amazing and the rubbish flight did not damped our time

I have just returned from my 3rd holiday at KN MATAS BLANCAS and once again I found the staff to be hard working, polite and friendly.
My first 2 visits were in consecutive January's, so I was a bit wary of visiting in June start of the summer holidays.
I need not have worried, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are spacious and get serviced daily or when you want or not as you choose.
The food is good and it changes every day they have a base salad 🥗 that alternate daily, and they have started doing English bacon and sausage for breakfast.
I have to say that I keep reading the reviews and a lot of them, people obviously haven't looked at where they are booking and complain about the journey from the airport and also the location.
Yes it is an hour from the airport , yes it is a 15 minute walk down a hill to the beach, and shops, yes it is quiet and the restaurants and bars are 15 minutes away but ALL of this information is available if people would read about it first.
Also reception will happily book a taxi for you if you want and it only takes 5 minutes.
They even put the start of the world cup on in the bar upstairs to accommodate a lot of people that wanted to watch it.
I have already rebooked again for January 27 and can't wait to see Rosie in the restaurant and the bar staff who keep entertainment flowing in the evening..
I am a solo female travellers and feel extremely safe here hence the reason for returning, there's always people to meet and chat with and I have made a few friends over the last few years.
There was even a reunion of people who met at the hotel last year.
I can't praise the hotel highly enough.

Flight's were on time and staff very attentive, apartment's were clean and very comfortable

Hotel experience great.. the wait and transfer arrangements from Malaga airport need changing. Waiting in the downstairs fuel smelling area without seating and people smoking is terrible.

Jet2 are always amazing

We had to cancel our holiday doe to an injury less than 12 hours before departure. We didn't expect to be refunded by Jet2 but was given the information we needed for insurance purposes very quickly and given a contact for any further support. It would have been nice to be offered a voucher or something as a gesture of good will and incentive to book with them again

The staff are friendly and helpful too, we have always used Jet2holidays since having our children. They are so well organised, taking lots of stress off when travelling.

Had a great time at Beatriz Matagorda. Jet 2 amazing rep Janine guided us through medical emergency. Stayed in touch. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Room cleaned every day,food good, pool heated, plenty of sunbeds, fun entertainment. We are rebooking this week.

Everything ran smoothly. Pleasant staff, lovely hotel. Really appreciated flexible dining option, so many lovely restaurants in Playa Blanca.
