Have travelled numerous times with Jet 2 and can't rate them highly enough! Staff are always helpful and friendly both on the ground and the cabin crew.
The hotels are always a good standard too.
Can't fault. Keep up the amazing work!

Poor from the start, plane late taking off, Jet2 stated hotel was five star, not so, paired a lot of monies for this holiday, late coming back by 2 3/4 hours, not a sorry, at one point the customer service said they didn’t know were the plane was, how can you lose a 100 meter object

from start to finish the service was brilliant
from start to finish the service was great. flights all went smoothly, transfers quick, hotel amazing. had to come back early due to family emergency and call centre staff were amazing. so helpfull and understanding and made a hard time alot easier.

First package holiday with Jet2 and I was impressed. Booking was simple, plenty of staff at both airports on arrivals and departure, good transfers, good comms throughout our stay. Very good hotel at a fair price. Stand out point was the attitude of the Jet2 staff who all seemed very human, polite and friendly. This does not go unnoticed. Well done all!

We had an absolutely gorgeous time well rested due to a lack of things to do but we were good with that the bugs were an issue due to some stagnant water out side our room room was comfy internet was hit and miss make a change to have a choice of sun loungers overall happy

This was a short break and all of the journey went smoothly. Hotel was nice, couple of issues while there which were sorted immediately by the Hotel receptionists. Hotel rep was so helpful.
All inclusive snacks and restaurant meals were really nice, lots of choice.
Entertainment team were really nice, getting everyone involved.
A short walk to some local bars and restaurants for a change.

Always fly with jet2 always good but unfortunately change of aircraft going out to Kos and catering was missed matched so didn’t have my meal I had ordered plus no drinks as all gone when seen by crew . Refund came quickly which was good .
