Perfect holiday yet again at the…

Perfect holiday yet again at the Oceanus. Rooms are spotless and everything perfect. Beds so comfortable perfect nights sleep air con lovely and cool. Reception team are absolutely first class as is the pool and pool area. This is our second time here and can’t wait to go back

Had a great holiday in turkey .at watergardens gumbet. The place was brilliant.and Jay was fantastic. Would I go again yes I would the place is central to all the bars and restaurants. Jay makes watergarden and all is staff are brill.from rambo and the cook.and the cleaners .cant fault the place.the rooms are basic but great for self catering.the pool is brill always clean. And food and drink is spot on .you cant use credit car at watergardens just Turkish lira.like i said spot on place

3 weeks in lanzarote

Communication and quality of staff. You app works well.

Flight delays outbound. Was < 30 so not a big problem.

New hand scanning 60% successfully. Split families up.

Coaches boarding slow but communication good

Hotel perfect. We took time to tell the rep, zero problems.

We however tell the Hotel on minor improvements.

Flight back, delayed 1h . Case belts broken. Communication poor.
My son txt me from Glasgow the new time and boarding gate.

Airport and jet2 app lagging very much behind. Use you app to be live.

Rome Airport system leads the way.

Anyway, planning to return next year.

I found the customer service to be first class…

I found the customer service to be first class from just before arriving at the airport right through to the end of the holiday. Regular updates were issued to my phone regarding the flight departure gate expected departure times etc. With resort updates etc. Highly recommended.

First time booking an all inclusive…

First time booking an all inclusive holiday and jet2 made it so easy! The app gave us all the info we needed, the staff were super friendly at the airport and the transfer service to the hotel and back was amazing, the pilots let my son into the cockpit after his flight as it was his first time flying, he is on the spectrum and the staff and pilots were amazing with him, he got so overwhelmed when the flight took off that he was crying, staff checked on him and reassured him. Hotel was absolutely amazing and there was no hidden costs. What was in the brochure was exactly what we got, will absolutely use again!

We went to Halakadiki with jet 2 and we…

We went to Halakadiki with jet 2 and we had an amazing time at the Anna island Hotel. The resort was beautiful and there was plenty of information from jet 2 to help us before the holiday and after. Would I travel with them again absolutely. The food was plentiful and fresh. Staff were wonderful nothing was too much.

I did not notice that drinks were only…

I did not notice that drinks were only served at meal times, only time coffee was served was breakfast, no water facilities at the gym and only available at opening times.
Never knew until we landed there was no Rep.

My dislike and concerns are the size of cases allowed on board

My dislike was the delay caused by so many passengers taking on board large (still permitted) suitcases to put in the overhead lockers. These cause queues, arguments, and they are far too big. Please reconsider the size allowed on board as these are a danger and I understand have caused deaths when turbulence was once so bad, the overhead lockers opened and these too large cases fell onto passengers ???

Great booking with jet2

Great booking with jet2. From fights hotal transfer stress free. Our experience in tenerife was really nice and it was our first time there. Hotal was lovely and clean staff work hard and very friendly. Rooms cleaned daily. Definitely worth going back we had a lovely sea view

Why I trust Jet2

I've used Jet2 numerous times as I trust them with all aspects of my holidays. On my most recent trip, I fell and dislocated my elbow. I was given excellent assistance, from the first responders, the hospital, the hotel and most of all the Jet2 rep. She helped with speaking to the hotel about late checkout on our last day, acquiring refunds for our unused trips, advising about departure. The 24/7 helpline also ensured we had our return seats reallocated so I had an aisle seat on the plane, and special seats on the buses back to the airport and on arrival at Newcastle to get to the terminal. I was given the greatest of care by absolutey everyone so I know I can travel with confidence when using Jet2.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hotel was not a 4 star 3 at best ,on…

Hotel was not a 4 star 3 at best ,on day of check out 12pm the all inclusive stops even though we where not being picked up till 17.30 . So we had 6 full days of all-inclusive and we payed for 7.
Food was not the best quality was very poor ,staff where miserable and unhelpful. Tried contacting jet 2 through the app but failed to contact anybody
