Menorca is a beautiful island with some of the most beautiful places to swim we’ve seen and some lovely places to visit and great places to eat. It’s also a little cheaper than other places in Europe we’ve been too. Jet 2 your lack of any support in resort and the difficulty in being able to book excursions meant we didn’t make the best of our week so that was a shame.

We had a wonderful holiday. At Mar Senses Hotel and Spa Puerto Pollenca . The staff were the stars of the Hotel. They were excellent in all departments. The food and drink was very good , in choice and quality ! The location was beautiful , very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Also fantastic entertainment…Whilst the cleaning of the rooms was excellent, we were surprised to be informed on arrival that the rooms would be serviced every other day.! Informed it was for ecological reasons.. we understand and agree that towels if okay do not need to be changed, but a quick sweep around , bed made and bins emptied , tea/coffee replenished etc. is not ecological, it is in our view (and others we spoke to)part of a 4 star service expectation , what was paid for in our price of holiday in advance. Also we paid 54 euros on arrival for eco tax!usual.. Along with 30 euros for a safe. This is before you open your suitcase. .. we believe it is a “labour” saving exercise.. because how does servicing a room become ecological..
we have never experienced this before in our many times holidaying .. even apartments get serviced. It is one of the joys of your holiday to return to a lovely clean, tidy room , which you believe you have paid for and it should be included, without having to ask reception every time you may require something ..that is usually there as a matter of course.
Hope this is not the start of a “new norm!”should be mentioned in description of the hotel in the Jet 2 brochure..

Krakow break
Stayed at the Grand Ascot hotel which was a 5 minute walk from the main square- lovely hotel and great location. Visited Auschwitz which was very harrowing but a must do, the Salt mines which are amazing and had a tour round the Jewish district setting off from Schindlers factory. Beautiful city and lots of history. Lovely break.
Very racist
Very racist, did not let my friend on the plane because he is muslim. Had to take another Flight and then the bus which we also had to pay for

My experience with Jet2 Holiday was the worst I have ever had, and I would never wish it on anyone. Despite having a valid booking, I was put aside and denied boarding because I am Muslim. I was singled out, held back, and treated with blatant discrimination, while other passengers were allowed to board without any issue. The staff offered no explanation, no support, and no accountability. This was a humiliating, shocking, and deeply hurtful breach of trust. I will never book with Jet2 again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs. This was beyond disappointing.

Room problems dealt with quickly
Although we had a couple of problems with our hotel room, the maintenance team dealt with them efficiently. Other than that everything else was very good.
Jet2 have got it right
Jet2 made the whole holiday easy, plenty of staff at the airport, checking in luggage with the app nice and simple. Even before I left they informed me of works going on in the hotel, a welcome email whilst away and info sent in plenty of time. Very good experience

Flight was bearable
Flight was bearable, hotel was 5 star , food was bland hence i went to a bar nearby and had dinner, entertainment was really good. The Streets were clean but was continually pestered by shopkeepers. Tried to organise trips through Jet 2 so did so at resort.
