All jet 2 staff were helpful

All jet 2 staff were helpful, at both sides of airport. Patient and friendly when explaining what was needed from us.
Updated us through the all at every point of our outgoing and ingoing journey. Fantastic. Hotel was fabulous.

Excellent Company

We were amazed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff when we arrived at Bournemouth Airport. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and, if the price is right, we will use this company always going forward. Thank you Jet2, you were super efficient.

Fantastic,friendly service at the…

Fantastic,friendly service at the airport. It just feels like the staff get on with the job and want to make it as smooth as possible to get you on your holiday. All staff were very approachable and supportive helping our group get through the airport.

Requested a ground floor room when I…

Requested a ground floor room when I booked as my son is disabled, they put us in the forth floor. I did say at the hotel again that this isn’t suitable for us but they said there’s nothing they can do. We went during term time which is fantastic as the pool area is small but it is secure, great pool for toddlers. The actual apartment was absolutely spotless, so clean and fresh. 2 minutes to the beach and town, the location is great so many restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Over the road is a large hotel which was playing music every night extremely loud, but every night it stopped at around 11ish this didn’t bother us but for other people it would most likely would. Lots of really good points about this hotel but also a lot of bad points to be honest. I don’t think we would go back to this hotel but definitely will go back to Salou.
