All jet 2 staff were helpful, at both sides of airport. Patient and friendly when explaining what was needed from us.
Updated us through the all at every point of our outgoing and ingoing journey. Fantastic. Hotel was fabulous.

Lovely resort not what people expect in Ibiza.
La Cala hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic and the food was good.
Sometimes there can be a problem getting a sun bed at busy times but the beach is not far away.

Jet2 Staff at Belfast Airport make things easy for us from the moment we arrive. At Palma Airport again very good in a MUCH busier airport.We are always glad to see the Red Jet2 uniform ahead of us.Very reassuring.

absolutely horrible and bad treatment i cant believe these damn attendants are treating me and my parents as slaves mind you all i did is ask if i can upgrade my seat and they made a whole scene that is mad omfg

Fantastic,friendly service at the airport. It just feels like the staff get on with the job and want to make it as smooth as possible to get you on your holiday. All staff were very approachable and supportive helping our group get through the airport.

First class from departure to arrival as per normal. Cabin crew excellent

Requested a ground floor room when I booked as my son is disabled, they put us in the forth floor. I did say at the hotel again that this isn’t suitable for us but they said there’s nothing they can do. We went during term time which is fantastic as the pool area is small but it is secure, great pool for toddlers. The actual apartment was absolutely spotless, so clean and fresh. 2 minutes to the beach and town, the location is great so many restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Over the road is a large hotel which was playing music every night extremely loud, but every night it stopped at around 11ish this didn’t bother us but for other people it would most likely would. Lots of really good points about this hotel but also a lot of bad points to be honest. I don’t think we would go back to this hotel but definitely will go back to Salou.

Jet2 Holidays are good. All the staff are so polite and helpful at the Airports. The coach transfers are efficient. The Hotel was very great
