Absolutely horrible. I’ve never experienced such bad racism ever in my life. NEVER book a flight with jet2, there’s much better and professional airlines.

Hotel excellent.

Amare Beach is a great hotel and just 5 mins walk from the beautiful old town. We just had a std room with side sea view as the premium rooms were all taken when we booked but it was more than OK, roomy well furnished and a lovely view from the balcony. A big bonus on half board was à la carte dining at the beach club restaurant, so no buffet and a beautiful table overlooking the ocean every night.
Flights on time out and back. My only gripe was J2 told us to get through passport control as soon as possible which we did, only to find Malaga had no facilities and limited seating beyond that point. So we spend 2 hours in a horrible crowded sweaty area. So my advice is ignore J2 if travelling from Malaga. There are lots of nice shops and cafes to enjoy, and the queue for e-gate passport control was under 5 mins. Follow airport announcements and only go through when your gate info goes up around an hour before take off.

We were sat on the plane ready for take off with Jet2, they let to many people on with carry-on suitcases and it was chaos , they had to beg people to put there hand baggage into hold ,40 mins later still chaos and with no air condition on my wife overheated and it triggered her IBS of and she felt terrible so I had to take her off the plane and then took her home. We never saw a doctor when we got of because it's IBS ,she's had the condition for years and once of the plane she knew how to control it without the need to see a doctor, obviously Jet2 don't take any responsibility for their actions and the insurance says we should have seen a doctor at the airport , it sucks. The Jet2 lad who stayed with us in the airport after we got off was fantastic, he was due to finish and go home to Liverpool at 6pm at by this time it was 7pm he was so helpful and understanding.

Apartment, the shower heads have a mind of their own required attention. They do not supply toilet rolls. Location is great pool good and food.
Not happy with return transport they sent a. Mini bus 12 seater which was full. Not enough room for all the suitcases. Our suitcase wheels were damaged and mark very badly not happy.

The holiday venue was amazing, except the distinct lack of gluten free choices of food available, and the lack of care concerning cross contamination. There was no separate toaster available, and I actually ate very little food for the whole holiday (even though I made it known previously that I am gluten free). This was a very difficult experience for me. The airport experience both at Las Palmas and Manchester, was horrendous! I have never been treated so badly before, and it actually made me feel like never flying again, and to take holidays in the UK instead of abroad.

Very good hotel in a beautiful location. Good food and very friendly staff. It was an adult only hotel and very British dominated in its clientele, many of whom had been there several times. Not something we would normally go for but it was a very pleasant community atmosphere. 10 mins to a small bay with restaurants at Calesfont and 10 mins on the bus to the bustling city of Mahon with is amazing fish market and many shops, squares and restaurants.

Great service, great location for our accommodation with access to two beaches and a range of restaurants all within walking distance.
Jet 2 provided a full package, flight, transfer and B&B which was excellent. Thank you

I wanted to go on the flight then they asked me What is your name. I said why they said yeah you have a muslim name then they said you cant go in the plane. What a horrible service

Simple, efficient, from booking through to arrival and departure.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Sol Falcó. The entertainment team were brilliant with the children and adults. There are a wide range of food choices available. Lots of pools for the children to play in. Cleaning staff were also wonderful. Would definitely come back again.

The holiday, hotel and location was excellent. The only issue was the checking in at the neet and greet car park at Stansted Airport.

Had no problem booking the holiday and had a great time at T&G apartments . It was very close to all the shops and just a short walk to the beach near the water park

A great holiday had at Innside by Melia Costa Blanca, the only downside was when we got off the coach the directions on getting to the reception of the hotel were rubbish, the actual road we were pointed to to go down was closed as soem works were going on and it was not at all clear, it would make sense for the small map given sent you down a proper path or walkway with buildings marked on it as we found the simplest route was to go -

1. Start at the Belroy hotel coach stop: Walk back towards the nearby roundabout.

2. At the roundabout: Turn right onto Avenida de Europa and walk straight down towards the seafront.

3. Hit the seafront at the Cimbel hotel: Just as you reach the promenade and the Cimbel hotel, turn right to walk along the front of the Cimbel.

4. Walk straight along the promenade: Keep walking straight along the beachfront promenade for about 250 metres. The entrance to the Innside by Meliá Benidorm is right there on the promenade on your right.

When we arrived we could not work out the Air Conditioning, a small card in the room might be useful, we spoke to others staying and they said they struggled with it. reception had a Wall controller or control panel of an Older 4-Switch Mode under the desk and showed us how to position the buttons for it to work. There was a problem with the fridge cutting out when we removed the room card, the tech person said it shouldn't happen but it clearly was as the drinks were warmish after we'd been out for more than one or two hours, the tech person overid the cutout in the end so we did not need to leave a room key card in for the electricity to work.

The Jet2 Resort/Hotel Customer Helper was in the reception each day we had no cause to speak to him, but it was reassuring to see he was there should we require any assistance.

Holiday and hotel as described. Staff waiting at airports directing passengers. Every member of Jet2 team friendly and helpful.

Excellent accommodation with lovely view across the water to Poros.
Good location to either walk into Poros town or Askeli in other direction with several beaches and tavernas within easy walking distance. Special mention to The White Cat just over the road from Nikis Village that does excellent food.
Super traditional Greek accommodation. Staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Bar snacks/meals throughout the day were very good. Lovely pool. Plenty of sunbeds. (Only slightly negative comment, more sun brollys are needed round pool). For the more energetic, there are great walking trails into the hills accessible from back of hotel. Saw 2 tortoises near the top.
We were disappointed to have to go back a day early (put up in seaside hotel, which was nice, half an hour from airport, but would have preferred to have spent the last day in Poros. Basically, lost a day of our holiday.

The luggage drop off at queens bay Hotel, on our last day, is a great idea. The two jet2 ladies were really helpful and knowledgeable, first time using this service. Definitely would use this service again. Jet2 need to spread this service to all destinations. Made the airport experience so much easier. Skipped checkin, straight through security to lounge area. Jet2 staff everywhere, and very helpful, and at the hotel. Third year of using jet2 definitely recommend.

Always first class from Jet2. Very helpful at every point and the private transfer was a game changer! We're already thinking about where to book next.
