Order a tunner and says the ship in 24 hours, 4 days later still has not shipped and customer support was supposed to email me back yesterday and still nothing. Guess I need to contact my bank and get my money back.

I was placed on a waiting list for the Milwaukee 3/8" Impact Wrench. I received an email saying it was back in stock on 1/25/26 and I promptly ordered it. They charged my CC and I thought we were good to go. Yesterday, 1/28/26 I received an email from them that they canceled my order and refunded my money. No explanation. Never responded to my calls as to why. Bad business if you ask me.
