Surprising to see AI must be involved to fill out the order form almost without my input. Biggest complaint is wasting a page on print out asking in color "How was your order experience with us?" Otherwise, very quick and efficient. Since no business with JB Tools that I remember, almost all the details were filled in without me. Or I got a bad memory from ordering in the past.
