Terrible communication
I ordered a $2000 tool on the 24th of February. Their website showed 88 tools in stock. Almost a week later no shipping notification. No response to my email request. No one picks up the phone.

Feeling scammed
I ordered a $60 product yesterday at 3pm and paid $30 for 1 day shipping but they said it's going to be 2 days. I would have went with cheaper shipping if I knew that was the case.
