I am so angry. In the middle of an amazing 15 spin bonus. Up to £130 and 7 spins to go, when a safety warning interrupted the bonus ?? next thing i know, apparently I have self excluded myself until 6th may ?? customer service (Abbey) says as I did it, there is nothing I can do?? I said I was in middle of bonus how is it possible I did it. I explained at length, how and why would i exclude myself in the middle of a bonus!!!. They said there is nothing i can do, She said there is no guarantee the bonus will be there on 6th May !!!!!!!. Outrageous and cheating scam

If I could give this site no stars I would no wonder they are closing down their website. Worse gambling site ever . Constantly lagging then freezes. DO NOT EVER GAMBLE WITH THIS COMPANY! Spent thousands and FINALLY got a bonus, as I did they closed my account with no explanation whatsoever! Made account for my daughter years ago but through my PayPal account until just today did it thru bank transfer as lost my debit card which they accepted no problem. She is disabled but loves to sit withe me and play bit bingo. Had win of 225 pound went withdraw but said can't withdraw this account. I did live chat but they said need speak ACC holder explained she can't communicate properly didn't ask if I had proof who she is or anything which I do. Now have closed account and they taken money. Well all I see is bad reviews but I win majority on this site I’ve no need to big the site up but I put 7.60p on one of the cash strike games not saying which aha and come away with 480 quid and I often drop cash off jackpot joy slots so works for me 😘

Wow, been a member for almost 20 years and has gone downhill fast since Ballys took over. They are too greedy, rtp dodgy. Full house prizes reduced dramatically. They remove or reduce things on site and their answer ‘to improve player experience’ . Site used to have a wonderful chat community with lots of rooms to chat in. Now reduced to one room and no engagement from ‘hosts’ apart from select few. Few promos on home page. If you win a bonus you open box to be 0. Same game winners over and over, shoddy algorithm system. Nothing happens in chat to engage room, chat promos are a rarity and then it closes at 10pm, like being at school. After winning my account was closed for verification,I was told 72 hours , each agent i spoke to has told me something different , I have now had my funds locked and now able to access them , its been over 1 week and still no further forward its not professional at all . I have still got no idea at all what is happening with my account ! I would choose wisely which bingo site you use this is not the one.
