Old product in faulty packaging
The 1st half of the shipment came in a timely manner however, the three pouches of shock had come unsealed and had spilled inside the shipping box. I was only able to recover about half the product. It looked like these had been sitting in a warehouse for a very long time. They were very dusty and the print on the pouches had faded

2nd time I’ve purchased my pool repair…
2nd time I’ve purchased my pool repair parts. 100% first rate. From parts diagrams for easy ordering, fast shipping with great communications. They even have “DIY” videos for just about everything pool and spa related. I have but only one regret.....I only found you within the last 6 months. I’m not shopping anywhere else now. Thank you for saving me almost a thousand dollars on the first 2 times I’ve ordered parts.

Whoops My Bad!
Eric took the time to educate me that I had purchased the wrong pump motor. It was my bad for not making sure that I was buying the correct one before I purchased it. Lessoned learned the hard way since I was the one who had to pay the $78. to return it.
Anyway, I appreciate the RMA & will at least get the $280. I paid for it back.
