A part is missing and I contacted the company immediately. After sending multiple photos of the item, at their request, I was told my issue would be passed along to the warehouse. I haven’t heard from anyone since and still have a $200+ caddy that is missing a clip for the power source.

I ordered a replacement pool filter for my spa back in July. It was received in a damaged box and the filter was also damaged. I contacted company. No response but a replacement filter showed up a few weeks later. A few weeks after that UPS showed up at my door to pick the damaged filter. I was never made aware of the replacement coming or the UPS pick up. In meantime I had purchased a new filter from another source. The second filter they sent was the wrong product. Instead of a 150 they sent a 139. I have contacted their customer service several times with zero response. What am I suppose to do with wrong part and I would like either a replacement with part ordered or a full refund. All I hear is crickets. I highly recommend ordering from a more responsive and reputable company.
Wrote an article stating it was the right motor. It wasn't. Wanted to return. No response. Tried many different ways. $280 scam I guess. Now I'm going to BBB and other major review sites. Messed with the wrong person.

I ordered a pool " start up kit" to balance my pool water after we had to drain it to do some surface patching. No instructions at all, a bunch of bottles and packets and no idea what to do with them. Engaged chat agent, sat here forever waiting for canned type answers with no real answer to my question. I am a repeat customer and was just getting ready to order a pool heater from them, thank goodness I learned they place zero value on their customers before doing that !
I bought a new inground pool light, they told me how to change it . saved me a service fee and parts fee that pool companies jack up on customers just because they can.

Make sure they have the part in stock. Also they don't ship on Saturday so if you order Friday afternoon it will ship Monday however much you pay for fast shipping.
Ordered multiple parts. Did not receive large O-ring for filter. Called inyopools and they said they would look into it. Called back later and got same answer...I paid for the o-ring but never received.
