PNR : 7007371 it doesn’t exist SalamAir refusing to give me a proper PNR for the airline to manage my booking. 21 mi. Call no answer. They just email me back saying that I can’t manage my booking online and this is the only PNR they have it doesn’t Meet the six characters that mentioned on SalamAir official web. First time and I think it will be the last time dodgy feeling disappointed. I don’t know if I will be able to catch my flight or not.
UPDATE: Saturday 6th April 2024
After five emails, I have received an email with the correct explanation and kind words of a lady name Felicitas Adam kind indeed. Assuring me that my flight is confirmed indeed., yet when I read the reviews some people have not received or have received either five digits or six digits which is not in compliance with their Airlines to be able to check in online or monitor there bookings, I have repeatedly tried to check in online registered with Involatus website without success the website keep sending me the messages in German which I do not read and I have to translate every time even if I change the language when I go through any operation the language comes back to me in German and I don’t have the proper PNR 6 Characters as requested by SalamAir for my flight to MUC. And because of this I have requested to cancel and refund me my ticket today I will wait and see my review on this matter.
Miss Felicitas was lovely and very comforting regarding the update she gave me and indeed she was right and the flight went all great, still at the checking des with Salamair at MCT airport had a list of all the names of the passengers that booked through this website . We were a bit worried about booking through this unknown-to-us website but everything worked out just fine in the end.
We were panicked for a bit about the suggestion (requirement?) to contact Involatus 48 hours before the fight. It was unclear if it should be at least 48 hours or within 48 hours of the flight. It was also unclear if this was a requirement or if it was optional. Anyway, we scheduled an email to send but forgot to take the daylight savings time change into account so it arrived one hour before they opened for the day and we got the following auto response (translated):
"Please note that your message reached us outside of our business hours and we were therefore unable to process your request before departure."
Which was, of course, very worrying. We re-sent the same email later in the day and eventually got a response saying the flight was confirmed and everything worked out just fine in the end.

Dear Involatus- please make it clear whether this confirmation email / call is mandatory or if it's optional. Also, instead of asking customers to request the info, maybe it could be simply sent out automatically, I think that would be a more user friendly way of handling it.

Some translated bits from two separate attachments from Involatus:
"We strongly recommend that you check your outbound and/or return flight times 48 hours before your scheduled departure to be reconfirmed."
"You are obliged to confirm your flight times for the outward and/or return flight 48 hours before the planned departure to be reconfirmed."
The key difference is between the phrases "Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend" and "Sie sind verpflichtet"

At first I thought to be a fake website as it had 0 ratings and I was not sure about going ahead with it.

But after seeing the name multiple times I went ahead with it. Booking experience was nice and the website was easy to use.

However I have not received the Airline PNR yet. Not sure

At first I was worried that it’s a scam because the website looks weird and I wasn’t able to see the reservation in the airlines webpage but in the end everything was great. Went to the check-in desk in the airport, showed my passport and got my boarding pass. I was flying from Cancun to Frankfurt. Bought the ticket at very good price.

I found Involatus through Expedia which initially gave me a lot of trust, the price was amazing, including bags in the reservation. Then I found this site with mixed reviews and it made me anxious, today I can say I travelled successfully from Frankfurt to Costa Rica with an amazing rate and everything went smooth, was able to check in with the airline directly 24 before departure, was able to check in bags as advertised and our seats were amazing as we were a family with kids and we were all together. We contacted email support to get the links to check in, you do it as a travel operator not as a normal user, but at the end is the same. Super happy with my experience and hope this review helps you, if you also saved some $$ with Involatus and is anxious now.

I booked flights for my family who are currently stranded in Turkey, I managed to book the flights, got confirmation email but the a short time later, same day I received a cancellation email, money has come out of my bank, I have sent emails to find out how long a refund will take as it says I will receive a refund, my daughter who is still in Turkey has also sent emails but as yet no reply to any of us. I just wanted some idea of timescale for refund as I need to get my family back to the UK.

I communicated with your service team per email to understand the registration process before the flight. It could have been clarified better and faster but instead took several emails. I was then told that I also need register for my return flight which was on a Monday at 11am. As instructed, I emailed 48 hours before the flight (on Saturday) but there was no response. I emailed the service team two more times but got no response. The responses to all 3 emails finally came on the morning of my flight, one after the other, between 10:30 (half an hour before boarding) and 11am (time of flight). Obviously I was already checked in but had a lot of reason to worry on the morning of the flight and on my way to the airport, as it was not clear whether we are flying or not and whether the flight was on time or not.

overpriced tickets with no rebooking or cancelation refund .. once you book with any mistake your money stolen forever ..

I made a mistake with my son's surname and realised it after receiving confirmation. I contacted Involatus immediately and Sebahat Ertek rectified it immediately and sent the corrected e-ticket. Great service.

The communication was fast, accurate, and extremely helpful in resolving my concerns making it a great experience. Thanks!

I had a pretty nice experience with them. I had needed to correct something in my reservation and they have answered and corrected it in less then 10 minutes after sending the email.

I had a great experience with Involatus customer service, especially with the agent Nursen Kus who was patient, kind and attentive despite me calling several times to double check my flight details. The purchase of the ticket was also smooth. I do confess I was a little bit nervous buying the ticket outside the airline but I do recommend this company. Thank you Ms. Kus for your assistance.
