Booked a flight from Newcastle to Antalya (Turkey) using expedia. Found my flight was with Involatus. On thursday 20th with flight due on 6th November, they inform me that the flight is cancelled. Thanks!
Inform me that 12 weeks wait for refund - I seem to be a free loan!
Repayment credited to my card somewhat earlier than they proposed when they notified me of the flight cancellation (and the £ had strengthened relative to the euro)
Still frustrated at the loss of my holiday

It has not been very easy to buy the tickets online but at the end we could manage it. Then i wanted to be sure of my booking, then Ms . Ümmiye Durmaz was on the other side of the line. I want to thank her again , she was so polite and very patient and she solved our problem in seconds.

I have an upcoming flight and I'm really nervous. It is advised to "check-in" 48 hours prior to flight and I have spent HOURST trying to do that but there is no way to do so on the sight. I can only send an email and pray all works out. If it does, I will come back and upgrade the rating and let everyone know.
UPDATE**
Ok, so I was able to check in at the counter without issue. The agent even changed my seat so I could seated next to my son (who was added 2 nights before the flight). Coming back was a little challenging because we were on different flights and different terminals. The only down side is Involatus doesn't really make it clear which carrier you are with so its easy to miss. Also, they don't send digital pass so you can simply show it on your device. Other than that, it could have been worse. The trip was wonderful!

They advertised a cheap flight on Skyscanner but when it came to payment it turned out this price and flight were not available. It looks like scam...

A customer used our website to make a reservation. He was give a Involatus confirmation without mentioning that the flight is a charter flight. The customer disagreed that he would het an airline confirmation only 48 to 24 hours before the flight. Cannot understand why the customer is charged more than 75% of fare for the cancellation of a ticket that has not yet been booked even !!!! We now face legal action in our country which doesn't accept this kind action.

I confirmed my flight with Involatus 48 hours before, as advised, and was told everything was fine. When I arrived at the airport to check in (as Involatus do not offer online check in) I was told there was no record of my booking with the airline after presenting my Involatus documents. Check in staff told me I'd have to wait whilst they tried to contact the company / airline. I was then left waiting at check in for 45minutes whilst they tried to confirm. After 45 minutes they called me back over to tell me they had managed to confirm it. Luckily I had arrived at the airport over 2 hours before my flight so still had just enough time to get through security and to my gate.

Extremely stressful end to a holiday. I'd stay well clear of booking with them, not worth the stress.

I have made a booking with Involatus and I was not even given any valid Booking Number a 7 digit booking number which was not serving anything ,when i contacted them via email they refused providing any Pnr with. very ridiculous email sorry we do not provide any PNR Although their website do not indicate this limitation nor while booking i have ever seen this. However, the airlines require a 6 digit number and based on the booking number they provided my reservation cannot be retrived. I emailed lot of times pointing out that and pointing out that they have given me sharterflug without any prior indication during the booking. The answer I always received is sorry we dont provide or try again later. How can this be possible? I need to be able to see my booking at any time, not later. The booking code provided is not valid. And i need to be informed prior to the booking that this offer is only sharter Looks like a scam!!!!
Am Ende ich habe selber versucht mein PNr von den Flugpartner zu haben und es hat telefonish funktioniert Seht Man klar und sicher welcher scamer die Involatus ist!

I used Involatus to fly from Basel to Heraklion with Enter Air. Quick reservation, no problem for check-in and luggages. The flight was on time, and landed earlier than scheduled. I received my luggages quickly. All was fine during the flight.
I hope it will be the same for my trip back with Corendon.

I have made a booking with Involatus and I was given a 5 digit booking number ( PNR) , being told that is my booking number by the airline. However, the airlines require a 6 digit number and based on the booking number they provided my reservation cannot be retrived. I emailed four times pointing out that mismatch in digits, asked for a the e-ticket number, called, but still without success. The answer I always received is try again later. How can this be possible? I need to be able to see my booking at any time, not later. The booking code provided is not valid. Looks like a scam.

Friendly stuff. I made a mistake while booking and I called the center the agent was so helpful and did tell me what can I do exactly.
Even through email the reply was instantly.
As first experience with this agency. It was perfect.

We get the papers from involatus, but have bought the ticket at FLighttix - they are connected, but Involatus will not answer anything.
They are the ones who have sent the booking and fakura.

I am very surprised that Involatus got such bad reviews. My experience was just good. We booked our ZRH-Athens flight via ebookers. We got our e-tickets immediately. We had to confirm the flight 48 hours before departure. I called the company to confirm my flight and my call was answered immediately and professionally. Ok, I was probably the first customer as I called in at 9. We could not do an online check in and we had to check in at the Aegean airline. When we arrived at the Zürich airport, we were a little nervous because of all the bad reviews. But it was not a problem at all, in fact, we had each 23 kg checked in luggage. We got onto the flight and we are now in Athen enjoying our vacation. Strange that Involatus has so many bad reviews? Our experience with the company was just great!

I wanted to make sure that Felicitas A. and Esra K. is recognized for going above and beyond their customer service. I booked a flight and I had a issue which could of caused a huge problem at the airport. I emailed and asked the question and Estra K. asked me the appropriate questions to resolve and I wrote back with the information. Then Felicitas A. was the next agent to help. I was advised this was not protocol but did take care of this as a courtesy. I don't know if they truly know just how grateful I am. Please continue to shine bright in the customer service you provide! You both resolved my issues today quickly. You both are truly a great asset to the company! C. Young

J'ai acheter un billet de retour l'été 2020 pour le 12/08/20. J'ai demander un remboursement on me l'a accorder il fallait juste une confirmation. J'ai confirmé pourtant on ne m'a jamais fait de retour voici la preuve :

Fake company, I booked with them a Eurowings flight through skyscanner and I did not receive the locator, just a confirmation number.

As I did not receive any locator I requested 3 times to cancel the booking, I had to book directly with Eurowings. After 2 days they contacted me, they do not want to refund, I will sue them.

It is a shame their website can still legally be opened.

Very slow responses, tried to immediately cancel my Booking after given a wrong flight date. The response was that I can cancel my flight and only receive 15€ Compensation back...
Dont book here! Sounds like a scam to me

We have recently flown with a ticket bought through Expedia for a flight with Involatus which in fact it was a TUI Fly flight. It seemed weird and the reviews of Involatus here were not very 'promising' so we ran the risk and later spent the time to check the ticket with TUI a few days before flying.

A first attempt to 'manage' the booking on TUI's website didn't work. Contacting Involatus on the same day was not straightforward, since it was impossible on the phone, but sending an email to service at involatus dot com worked and after their response the booking number was somehow accepted in TUI's website.
The ticket even included 15kg checked luggage. The check-in at the airport was done without any issues.

So, in our case the ticket was a very good deal and Involatus' support did reply on time (even on a 31/12). Since we hadn't used before Involatus we used Expedia for the purchase and a credit card that would allow to do a claim in case of a problem
I do not give 5 stars because contacting them on the phone was not possible.
