If you want a managed and trouble-free investment option, where fee's are low, I can recommend IE. I retired last year and have been regularly saving with them for about 12 months now. Am happy and f... See more

Loving it
Loving it, got a few signed up in work too 6 if I remember correctly, some in a sipp & rest in ISA’s … keep up the excellent work 👍👍
Simple to set up and use. Love the UI
Recently created an account after being fed up on Fidelity's charges for an ETF in an ISA.
IE is so fast and simple to create an ISA, move an existing ISA and transfer money from my bank, then create a DIY portfolio of a few tracker funds and check on progress. Great user interface in the app.
Throughly recommended!
Two Factor Auth 2FA
Two Factor Auth 2FA - terrible idea locked out. Locked out of account with very random email responses offering no help. Sizeable amount of money vanished. No communication. I did not want this or require it as I have a tried and tested face recognition device. No other platform does this I use. Better off using Vanguard or T212 as my accounts with those have no issues and always respond quick. Now cannot even be offered to transfer my money as no emails response
Transfer of my pension
Transfer of my pension. Contacting company for updates and response is fustrating. There is no phone number or way to speak to someone other than fill out forms and wait. It's been a over a week since my last query/request for an update.
Also, placing orders to buy etf's despite having a direct debit to do takes around a week to complete.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) unable to access Account
I have recently added a Stocks and Shares ISA transfer from Moneyfarm, which was transferred with no issues, another SIPP in transfer from Vanguard is still in progress.
I have had an InvestEngine Account for a year or two with a small balance within a GIA. On Saturday 16th May I attempted to log in to my Account and was asked for Two-Factor Authentication and a pass Code would be sent to my Linked e-mail, no such code ever arrived within my inbox or Spam, the same with my Mobile App. After receiving no responce from Support for three days, I contacted complaints department on 19th May, message left with the Phone Number linked to the Complaint Department +442080519501, (went to voicemail, left my name, e-mail address and Phone Number as requested) No reply.
No correspondence either regarding the Transfer Bonuses for my Stocks and Shares ISA and SIPP transfers either.
In all the years in investing I have never found myself locked out of my Account and with no Support at hand to help.
Will be taking this to the FCA if I do not receive a responce very soon.

UPDATE: Positive Development on ISA Transfer
I am updating my previous review to reflect recent developments. I have now received a response from InvestEngine regarding my ISA transfer delay. The ISA transfer problem appears to have arisen not from InvestEngine, but from the other party. I have checked this with the other party and they appear to have committed errors on their side.
While this is being sorted out I am removing my previous negative mark of InvestEngine. I have been a client of InvestEngine for about a year and am very satisfied with the product generally.
I still think there is a serious issue with the delays in the InvestEngine response to enquiries. Perhaps that will be resolved in time but I think the ISA transfer issue would have progressed much more quickly had the portal email system functioned at its best. So I am deleting 1 star to reflect this concern.

Great easy investing from company

Low cost fees and a decent range of ETFs. Would like to see them do a junior ISA though!
Account frozen with no support
Ticket Ref: 343909
My account was frozen 7 days ago due to KYC checks. Since then my account has been frozen and I have cash trapped uninvested. Having filled out the necessary forms, there has been no review. I have emailed the support email address three times since with zero response. While I understand the regulatory requirement for KYC checks, this treatment is unacceptable. I have launched a formal complaint with complaints email address for the unacceptable delays, losses due to uninvested cash and distress this has caused. No response from them either and I will be escalating further with the regulator shortly.

Easy to use
Easy to use, lots of helpful information, easy to manage your funds and see your progress.
Great Interface
Great Interface. Some limitations on SIPP and Cash ISA yet, THE BEST usability. I use 3 platforms for Trading. I use this as main, Trading 212 and Fidility as support APP
Unable to log in for 3 days now
Unable to log in for 3 days now. Multiple emails to support email and use of the contact form - the only way of trying to get help. No response yet and unable to access my investments over this time which I think is pretty unacceptable for an investment platform.

Once I came to know that it is not a day trading app,and also how to navigate the app. I am extremely pleased with the amount of etf choices I have.. been using for 6 months now ,won't ever go to paid platform for my style of passive investing.
Referral bonus is always very low…
Referral bonus is always very low values, feels a bit like a bait n switch, has never been anywhere near the advertised £100. Always on the bottom end of the range. Otherwise the platform is OK, not intuitive for new users though, I always have had to walk friends and family through how to use it.
Low fees
Low fees, easy to use platform, with great insights about the stocks contained within funds/ETFs. Works brilliantly.
