Excellent service and flexibility!

The flower arrangement to Nova Scotia, Canada, was delivered according to wishes, quickly on time and the arrangement was beautiful even if the color was a bit brighter. But not too bright, just right for the occasion.

Prices were a bit high for me.

The flowers bouquets are old fashioned and really dated. New freshly ensembled bouquets would be needed.

I will use again this flower shop next time I have a celebration.

Website: I had to ask what a number of fields wanted meant by chat (for example "door"), chat was very helpful though. It would be also clearer if you could enter your own address also on the same page (it is not clear it will be asked for later on)

I currently live abroad, and wanted to send flowers to my grandmother for mothers day as she had just lost her husband of 40+ years a few weeks ago and (understandably) been in a deep depression.

I got a VERY happy call from my grandma when the flowers arrived, it really warmed my heart.

Had flowers delivered overseas to a family member for her birthday. Arrived ourselves at her place a few days later and found out that the bouquet had been large (as it have should have been). However the main flower in the bouquet was lilies with a very strong smell. I think this should never be the case unless one specifically requests for lilies due to many people with allergies (including our family member). In addition half of the flowers were gone already after three days which should not be the case when it comes to quality flowers.

The only observation for improvement is the website, for example the calendar is not always available when making orders.
