I recently placed an order with Insulation Hub. Niran was so helpful. His product knowledge was impeccable. I am a returning customer, and i wouldn't look elsewhere for my future insulation requirements.

On 29 th September placed an order for 380 special blocks to build a garden room . The delivery was booked for the 3rd October Friday , the driver turned up with less then half of the blocks promising to return within few hours with the rest , so we moved the blocks to the rear of the house. No one showed up with the rest of the blocks the whole day so tried calling atleast ten times throughout the day on 6th but no one was responding , send emails too which didn’t get replied to either . Tried calling back on the 7th again spoke to two employees who promised to check and get back to me , but never heard back. Had the bricklayers booked for the 8th so decided to build with standard blocks as didn’t want to delay the build. So I now have about 115 blocks in my rear garden which are of no use to me. The insulation hub wants 25% restocking fee to collect them back. I am not sure if they are joking . It’s even morally incorrect but not sure they have any regard for business ethics

Avoid! Thinking twice before making order, if you order something wrong, you will lose a lot of money, 2/3 of your money will be taken, very high restocking fee, and £75+VAT for collection.

Yogi was very helpful, managed to sort my delivery within few days of placing order. Would definitely recommend!

Insualtion Hub was very helpful. Next day delivery and very competitive pricing.

Ridiculous company, ordered some bits then cancelled the next day as I found somewhere that could deliver much quicker than their quoted timeline (time was more important than money for this job). Fair enough, a £25+VAT cancellation fee, not going to moan about £30, just want the materials.

However, were on working day 15 and still no refund. I emailed to say I would
be contacting my credit card company in the morning to do a chargeback and with a few minutes have an email to say my refund was completed today (more like just now as they were trying it on).

So, if you order from these guys pay by credit card for the extra insurance as they seem to want to hold on to your money if you dare cancel your order!!!

Was looking to place an order for house wrap from Insulation Hub. Had a few questions so gave them a call and the team were really helpful, answered all questions and sent out the item next day. Item arrived in perfect condition.

After using a different supplier for the last 15 years, I was told to try the Insulation Hub. First order, same day delivery, and by far the best prices I could find. Yogi took time to explain everything and find me a suitable delivery time. Yogi is an asset to the business, giving clear concise information.
