Not great initially, but compensated.
I placed an order a week last Thursday and got told the order will be with me the following Wednesday. This being the only place that deals in the type and size of product I wanted I had to pay £75 delivery charge. The following Thursday I had no delivery and chased this with the Customer Service man, to then get a phone call back to say it wont be with me until Monday the following week. This delayed the whole job and the customer really wasn't happy!
As compensation I have since had a call to say they will reimburse me the total cost of the transport. This is an acceptable level of compensation.

We are very sorry for the delay. We had arranged delivery but the delivery company had a delay and did not notify us so we couldn't let you know.
It was a small order that we could deliver but informed you that delivery would cost more than the product. Initially you planned to source it locally, but after ordering from us, we did organise the transport. As mentioned, unfortunately, we weren't informed of and couldn't let you know about the delay.
We've refunded the delivery cost. Although there was a problem with this order we hope you will try our services again and hope this shows that we care about our customers

Exceptional service
The staff expertise helped to make the exterior of our eco home a wow factor. We were treated favourably as a returning customer eg I was able to purchase at the original price when there was a price increase on products
This level of loyalty to your customers made me assured that I would always get a fair quote which was enlightening that you are a valued customer and we kept returning to the Insulation shop as a first choice for our eco house products.
Also the extra mile that Marzena and the company go to help clients such as us who aren’t builders was very touching.
And they were extremely patient, kind and and never failed to return calls. The deliveries were very prompt and products arrived in excellent condition.
Marzena was a rock to me during our build and the gentleman who took calls was very lovely and as approachable as are all their staff. The staff are a credit to the the Insulation shop who are exceptional at service delivery. Thank you for an impeccable service.
