IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS, I WOULD. THESE PEOPLE ARE scandalous and TOOK MY FRIEND FOR A LOT OF MONEY. AT LEAST THIS COMPANY COULD DO IS REFUND A PORTION, BUT NO, THEY REFUSE.

I tried to cancel my membership after 5 years and they told me sorry, you need to give us 30 day notice to get refunded on your $4200 yearly fee. I called the day they hit my credit card..Terrible company and it's not worth the price...Is there an advocate group I can contact?

Inspirato was great when we first signed up. They ended up changing a lot of things which lost the value of the pass. When we attempted to cancel, we had to wait 30 days which is fine but once that 30 days was help theyre still charging me and its been 60 days and $5k later after those 30 days. They keep saying they're going to cancel and refund but they have yet to.

Total scam. Bought a 3 night stay and unable to use it anywhere. I tried looking at numerous locations over numerous months. Nothing available ever, anywhere.

Very bad availability. Cancellation policy is excessively punitive. You can actually get lower rates at hotels by not using inspirato.

They are a SCAM! There is a great chance they will keep your money and not allow you to book. The CEO (Brent Handler) and management only care about lining their pockets.

BRENT stepped down and ran up massive amounts of debt, left the company at a valuation of $34 million dollars, and stole millions of dollars from investors. But, in leaving, he gave himself a half million dollars, paid insurance, and 100k in paid vacations.

Also, gave the VP almost 1 million to leave and threw in a gag clause...

Most of the reviews are workers.
