Amazing paintings quality, and fantastic customer service! Definitely recommended

Never received my order and no response to my emails and no refund issued. Buyer beware!

Even though their cases look great, I definitely wouldn't recommend buying them. After dropping it once from a low height, the case shattered in a way that made it completely unusable. For over 30 euros, the quality is honestly terrible.

Purchased a case in 06/25 - arrived quickly and the quality seemed good. After about 3 months the print was very faded and looked quite bad. I contacted their support and they supplied a replacement. I have now had the replacement for about 4 months and the same has occurred. The case feels very sturdy, but if you care about it looking good (as you would expect when buying an ‘art case’) I would avoid!! I’ve requested a refund, so will see what happens there..

Received the package earlier than expected. The packaging feels genuinely premium, and the case itself is beautiful. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of including a QR code for a matching wallpaper. However, I did not receive a confirmation email after making my purchase, which caused a bit of concern while I was waiting for the item to arrive. In fact, the package turned up just before I was about to report the purchase.This is something that needs to be fixed, as it could easily lead to unnecessary distrust, negative reviews, and an unfairly poor impression of the business.

Never received my phonecase. Customer service is horrible and does not reply.
Would not recommend, feels like a scam to be honest.

I was a little apprehensive about buying the mobile phone case based on other reviews, but I decided to try it anyway.
My experience:
Ordered on 7 January.
Order confirmed on 7 January.
Shipping confirmed on 9 January.
Delivery received on 14 January.
The case looks good and fits my phone perfectly.

Initially a great case, vibrant colors and pretty durable after drops. Bad part is colors severely fade and blur after 6 months to a year making it look really cheap and old.

I ordered a Samsung case from these guys. Lovely product and magical selection to choose from. Lovely customer service too. Will be back!

Case and MagSafe adaptor shipped out surprisingly fast based on other reviews. After a few weeks I had an issue where the slim case broke on a particular thin, expected but not after a couple of weeks of use. Contacted the warranty email responded fast and got a replacement on the way with no fuss. Great customer service!

I’ve been waiting for ages, no update. No contact

I ordered a case a few weeks ago while it should have arrived in 8 Days. I e-mailed them twice to try to get them to send me the case and also messaged them on their instagram. They won't reply in any way. I feel scammed.

Products do not ship in time frame advertised. Not even within a week from when advertised. They will ghost you when you ask about tracking (that does not exist because nothing shipped) and you will need to file a complaint with whoever you paid through. Then they respond. Ordered a phone case March 4th. Today is March 19 and I still do not have it. It was for a gift for a party that happened over a week ago… Ooops. Yeah. Offered to refund shipping - but now they can’t credit me (through PayPal) for some reason that makes no sense. Order was paid in full at the time of purchase.
