Dishonesty of the Travelodge by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando with Wyndham's complicity.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Travelodge by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando, located at 7475B W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy Kissimmee, FL 34747, with Wyndham's complicity, as they are doing nothing to return this amount, despite having been notified about a month ago, and have not returned the $50.00 (fifty dollars) retained as a security deposit.

I stayed at this hotel on November 28, 2025, and to this day, despite numerous and insistent requests for the return of this amount, which was even included in the credit card bill that I have already paid.

As long standing advertisers of our CottagesinBrittany.net with Chez Nous we were genuinely surprised by their recent behaviour when our 2021 renewals were due. Having attempted to renew our gites listings online in December 2020 and immediately reporting their system fault which prevented us doing so, we subsequently emailed and rang their owner customer service line on several occasions none of which either resolved the fault or enabled our renewals to be processed, and despite the promises given no-one rang us back to deal with the issues at all. Now our listings have expired and all we have is a system generated email telling us this! 10 years of loyalty as advertisers of several gites counts for nothing. To holiday rental owners considering advertising on Wyndham platforms our advice is don't bother, their customer service has declined to a non-existant level and we are seriously wondering if Wyndham having taken over Chez Nous are now intent on destroying them altogether - shame they used to be a good company to deal with.

IN THE FUTURE -- LOOK FOR ALL WYNDHAM TIMESHARES TO BE USED OR SOLD TO OTHER COMPANIES FOR RENTAL PROPERTY. TIMESHARES BY WYNDHAM --- WHAT A RIP-OFF !

We booked a gite in France last year with Chez Nous. The property, and the owners were terrible. The property description very misleading. Could not open kitchen window As wasp nest outside which owner did not deal with. Broken and dangerous bed, rickety and dangerous spiral stairs. Owner tried to charge us for wind damage to a garden parasol. Reported to Chez Nous. No result. Property still being advertised. Haveused English Country Cottages many time before. No problems.

Have just decided to go to France for our holiday this year, didn't really have a clue as to where to begin our search but found Chez Nous.com, what a pleasure Est 30 years so they know what they are doing, found our dream holiday home really quickly and easily, contacted the owner directly and within a total of 15 mins after starting our search were booked, even managed to book ferry through them too which saved not only time but money as they offer a discount through them. So all in all highly recommend them if you're planning to what we did, can actually talk to the owner WOW! Thanks Chez Nous so glad you're out there!
