Great service!
From the first phone call to Inkoop Edelmetaal, they were friendly and efficient. Gave a quote for my precious metals instantly, mailed that to me and that was the price they paid. (I had tried their friendly chatbot Silvi, but I prefer dealing with humans.) I opted for the assayer to come to my home and on the next available date for that (Tuesdays or Fridays) within a few days of my call, the very efficient assayer arrived as planned and checked everything which I had ready, along with my ID and bank details. All he needed was an electric socket to plug in his portable machine. Within 15 minutes everything was approved and documents were signed and without even needing a coffee, off he went with my goods. Within an hour or so, the money was already on my account. I highly recommend this swift, efficient and professional service. Thank you for great service!

At first I was a little concerned about shipping high value items to the Netherlands. My email querry was answered promptly giving all information I needed including full-value shipping insurance.
Price was fixed at the time selling order was made online. Shipping was seamless and easy with printed lable and tracking information. Once the package arrived, it took them 1 day to validate the items and 1 day for payment to arrive in my account.
Overall it has been so nice and easy to deal with this merchant. High recommended!!
