Poor quality graphs and really slow money transfer.
Hi, you really need to improve the app and website with respect to the graphs showing prices of gold, silver and platinum. One is not able to zoom in and out, see the details, add avg price indicators etc etc. It is really the most basic version of plots compared to any other website which is very annoying. I conveyed this feedback few months ago still no update.
Secondly, the 'fast bank transfer' is NOT fast at all. I transferred money via this option and it takes 1-2 days! If the prices are fluctuating, it is a big loss. Please make it real time transfer.

Am not that old customer. past 4 to 5 months. I found quite easy to use. but do have few feedback
1. I use mostly the app not the web. I find it hard to see at what rate I bought the gold.
2. Fees are bit high comparing the competitor

Please be assured that GoldRepublic exclusively offers physical precious metals, which are stored in high-security vaults. Due to the exceptionally high demand for silver, we are currently seeing delays from transporters and smelters, who require more time to deliver the metals to our vaults. Nonetheless, weekly deliveries continue to take place to ensure that all purchased metals are fulfilled.
Rest assured, we only sell what we can physically deliver, and your purchase price is fixed at the time of the transaction. While your bullion is in transit and not yet visible in your portfolio, you do not incur any storage fees. You will receive an email notification as soon as your metals are added to your portfolio.
