A very fast and efficient car wash center. Staff is very helpful and had good experience. The vacuum cleaner is powerfully but need atleast 2-3 coins to clean full car.

Bit rushed, I was the only car there, didn’t get the wheel clean, guy with spray walked around like “I hate my job” if he’d got the spray on the wheels I think they would have cleaned up better

Stuck for 20 minutes!!
Wash broke down, operator no where to be seen.
Sounded horn several times shouted HELP!
Tried to phone IMO informed to fill in contact form
Eventually and very reluctantly managed to get out of car to alert the operator.
He offered me an Air Freshener Tree for an apology.
I nearly told him where to stick the tree!
Obvs I have raised this issue with IMO

The place was not even open! Why bother pinging me a voucher to prepay, only to turn up at 2pm and find the place is not even open! Totally wasted journey and trying to reverse out of a closed car wash was also not much fun!
