It was my first time using this facility and i found the instructions very easy to follow after scanning the QR Code.
The staff were very friendly and ensured that I understood the instructions for entering the automatic car washer.
Very pleased with the overall experience.

This car wash is great, the worker was very kind and helpful. And I finished with a clean car inside and out for only £8 in total, in 15 minutes.

I paid for an Ultra HD wash, got to the final stage where the machine sprays on your protection and nothing at all came out. I spoke with the attendant who said 'it was checked this morning and it was fine' and 'am I sure?' It was obvious as there were water beads all over the car which there would not have been if the protection was applied. The attendant offered to give it a wipe which I refused. Its not what I paid for. This was at the St Helens Branch.

One of the cleaning brushes wasn't working on the drivers side so I didn't get the full wash.

Really impressed with the ease of use, app is simple and washes are very good value for money. Good wash too, some dirt left in hard to reach places, but that’s to be expected with a machine wash. Used many times now.

We picked up our new car last week and it needed a clean after several motorway journeys over the weekend, first we went to the lancing imo on Brighton Road and after waiting half an hour we were told the car wash was broken, so after just over an hours drive we went to the Hailsham imo (nearest to us), I always have the ceramic wash, well the pre wash was eventful and the guy working there obviously did not care that the car was new as banged jet hoses against the car on numerous occasions, the was started and it seemed the ceramic spray was not activated then the blower didn’t come down like it normally does and the car was very wet when we drove out, we had issues with this car wash before and IMO don’t care once they have your money but thought as the lancing one was broken and we wasted time waiting before we were told it was broken, then wasted fuel and miles to go to Hailsham we needed to get the car washed, to say we are disappointed is an understatement and we won’t be retuning to the Hailsham one and doubt imo will do anything for the time wasted, fuel wasted, wrong wash being given (we purchase the ceramic wash on the app) the car not being washed correctly (I didn’t get photos as I am disabled and due to time lost I didn’t not have time), it seems the level of service has got worse but as long as imo take your money that seems ok.

Washes are always good at IMO Bedford but at my most recent one, the person who did the pre wash did not pay attention to the specific bird dropping and other marks, meaning they were still evident after the wash was completed. A little disappointing but the service is usually excellent.

The machine stopped 3 times while we were in the wash. I remarked on the car not being very dry when we exited but it was only 10 miles away as the car dried that I realised it was dirtier than when it went in. I had to manually clean it when I got home. £14.50 down the drain.

The IMO in Broadstairs always does a great job and the car always looks clean afterwards. Well worth the visit.
