IMO Car Wash Reviews 

The was nice and shiny I didn’t think the water is not filtered had chalky white water marks

Although when we got there the car wash was broke, when we came back the guy was really friendly,chatty and helpful. the whole experience was great. I will definitely be back, oh and my car is gleaming

I absolutely love taking my car to my local IMO. The guys are all really friendly and polite. The prices are reasonable and my car comes out lovely and sparkling

Customer service was great. The wash was dreadful. My car was dirtier when it came out than it went. Sadly won’t be using again.

My car always looks brand new and lasts for a good couple of weeks when I have used IMO . Great service and makes my job so much easier.

The man at this particular car wash is so nice and helpful so I chose this one.

Don’t take a Mini, the brushes don’t go low enough to reach the bonnet 😞

At this station the car was sprayed initially with a Cif brand solution (cheap and more suitable for house cleaning than vehicles!), the car was jet washed which was more likely a sprinkle, no scrubbing or whatsoever.
Paid for the £19 service, ceramic XTR finish, but it was more likely any other washes.
Should had gone to hand car wash at my local petrol station instead of this.

The First time I Wash my car was it was very very good, but the second time I bought the same Wash but it was Not Like the First time.
On the bottom it was always Dirty.
Thats why I give only 4 Point‘s.

Great to have a clean car so quickly!

Unfriendly manner. Not good if you dont like your job get another one but im afraid if dealing with the public you need to smile. Wont be using this particular branch again.

No waiting and very easy to use. I think a little pricey.

Somewhat disappointed with my latest visit to the Somerford rd car wash, sills both sides still dirty, ( still caked in dirt).
obviously the pre-jet was a waste of time.
Vehicle still very wet on exit.
Is it too much to ask for a little more care and attention when doing the pre wash.

The car wash was very good as always. I especially love the powerful vacuum cleaner and the compressed-air blower. What was disappointing, though, was that the employee wanted to charge me an extra €2 just to briefly pressure-wash my floor mats. Until now, the other employees have always done this as part of the service, and I was always happy to leave a small tip.

Smooth and fast work.
Sraff is always good.
Application is very easy to use.

Quick service, guys work hard doing prewash.
