Downloaded the app but cannot for the life of me work out how to find rhe washes I purchased

I’ve been going to this place to wash my car for years; yesterday I found that the wash was extremely quick, but the problem is that I’ve got loads of purple stains round the edges of the windows, which are very difficult to remove. It’s clearly down to poor rinsing or an excess of cleaning products. I’m very disappointed because, despite paying the maximum price for a spotless result, the quality of the wash was poor, and by the time I realised, I couldn’t go back.

The process was smooth. The staff was friendly. However, the washing was not very good . The washing could not remove bird poop from the windscreen.

About average. The gentleman that was at the attented car wash wasn’t much of a talker and only pointed the instructions to me then he turned the car wash on to start not giving me enough time to actually read it. It was my first time.
The car was much cleaner coming out than in which was the whole point but still had some dirt debris in some places.
It’s not a bad place to go by any means, it was a decent experience. The pricing is worth it and I will most likely go again as it’s convenient to me and I get a lot of bird droppings on my car because of where I park my car.

Wash was ok, had the HD wash but only used foam at start on wheels not the full size of car. Didn’t spend much time cleaning wheels and didn’t dry car very well at end either

I bought my voucher in advance. As previously I tried to purchase a voucher on site, but with no internet available and after several attempts to pay. I ended up paying four times. Very frustrating. So this time I paid in advance, only to find it closed for maintenance works. I checked your application and there was no indication of the site being closed. Very disappointing

This time the facility was working well. Probably the best wash in a while, but it’s not consistent sadly. I think the product is good, the staff are great but it’s a premium product which doesn’t always deliver a premium result.

Quick, affordable and a great job for the price. Had a very muddy car from parking in woods and driving through muddy fields and got it cleaned to a decent standard in 15 mins and £11. Would recommend

I was very impressed with Mari in Kidlington, the hard working chap that prewashed my car, he was very thorough and seemed to care! After I had been through the wash, I had to park up and give him a few quid as a tip! I don't think it happens very much as he was pleasantly surprised!
By far my favourite local IMO Carwash, the very best service in Oxfordshire, very highly recommended!

The car wash was broken, I appreciate this wasn’t their fault but it meant I wasn’t able to use the bank holiday voucher. I felt they should have let me purchase a wash with the voucher I had, then I could claim the wash once everything was fixed.

The acid you use on wheels is simply too strong, it leaves marks on wheels and valve caps as well as plastic nut covers that cannot be removed.

I find this service great although it does leave the odd watermark but there high end programs very worth while
