I registered on this website through my Apple account with the "Hide My Mail" feature that relays the e-mails to my real mail and I have been subscribed to their Plus service with a yearly contract in October 2025 when I moved to Germany. I signed up for this subscription with a credit card which has a good limit and is regularly paid up.

I haven't been able to access my account for the last two weeks. When I reach out to support, they tell me that they couldn't charge me and I did not respond to their e-mails in time so they gave my debt to a debt collector, KSP. I check my mails regularly, even the spam folder, and I can safely say that I have never received any e-mails from ImmoScout24. They had my address and phone number but never once tried to reach out regarding this problem. The customer support agent in the chat was talking in a tone as if I have been playing dumb about this matter, while I showed good intentions.

To make matters worse, ImmoScout24 sent me two emails today — a support response and a customer satisfaction survey — both of which arrived at the exact same address they claim they could not reach me through. This directly contradicts their claim that they attempted to notify me and received no response.

I am willing to pay the original outstanding subscription amount, but I refuse to accept collection fees for a debt I was never properly notified about. I have since contacted KSP directly to dispute the added costs.

If you use Apple's Hide My Email feature, be aware that ImmoScout24's mailing system may silently fail to deliver critical account notifications and they will hold you responsible for it.

Finding a property through this site was difficult. The premium option didn’t add much value, and managing the subscription was a bit tricky.

I would like to inform you that an amount was deducted from my account without being refunded. The first deduction was €64.89 in January, and the second was €29.95 in February.
I have not received a refund for the January amount, and I kindly request you to review this matter and process the refund of €64.89 as soon as possible.

I got very few answers maybe because i am not german even though i have premium. This makes me sad and frustrated because either they meet me and reject and prefer somone german or just reject before even giving me a chance. Its not the app but the system . The app is amazing if u r german. I guess.

The app is great but… the company is not focused of making sure client have a good service and feel good about it. It is focused on securing as much money as possible from their client.

Here is my key negative takeaways in two points:
- the premium service is slightly scammy: I have tried the service twice within 6months time, the first time for a period of 2months searching with a premium subscription. The second time for a period of 1 month searching without the premium subscription. I found more success getting flat visits without the premium subscription, which brings me to question to purpose of it, since it is also quite expensive, at 30€/month.
- the second point, I went back later to the website just to use the Schufa service, so I bought just a Schufa. Turns out it ended up activating an automatic premium subscription with one month free without me even wanting this. I did not a receive any mail explaining me that I had subscribed to that, I just received my Schufa and nothing else. I discovered that I was enrolled in the subscription one month after when seeing a bank transfer. So I reached out to support to say this is not what I wanted and I didn’t need and didn’t use the service, therefore I am asking for a refund. And they just refused said it’s not possible. So that’s pretty bad I think, just making sure to bank as much as they can on their customers.

Horrible user experience for people who don't want to buy the premium, and almost all apartments automatically get marked as "only for premium" so if you're looking to find an apartment for free this predatory company will do you no good

All fine, BUT
- difficult to port the Schufa Bonität from the Mieten+ to Suchen+
- not possible to add a short introduction of us (kind of small CV)

I found my flat in literally 10 days no joke.

I always make so many applications, but don’t get viewings, even when I get viewings I still haven’t gotten an apartment. It’s more than a year of searching already.

I have waited too long for an apartment from you or the providers . But all that I have applied, the providers don’t attend to me positively. But I’m working and my is also good.So far I have visited or I have gone to see 7 apartment but all was not giving to me.and for a very longtime, I have not had appointment to visit the once I had already applied. And I don’t know why

Im paying. My listing is not showing up. Support is entirely broken, impossible to reach anyone. Is this a scam?

Website is buggy and although I've payed 2 subscriptions, or as they call "contracts" it still asks me to pay more. Can't have an updates Schufa without paying more. The moment I needed documents, I had to pay more in order to get a digital PDF and updated document, that was basically all I needed and Immoscout didn't manage to give me this service after all the money I payed. Doesn't offer English language. Navigation in the main sections is very confusing. They can't quit your contract unless every 3, 6 or 12 months, the most expensive of them having a minimum lenght of 6 months, be aware. WohnenPlus S 12 (monatlich) is actually not possible to cancel before 6 month. Copying the website in my contract review area: Mindestlaufzeit: 12 Monate. Minimum duration 12 months, So Immoscout, please don't lie in the answer to this review please!!!!!
cit the support team: "When you made your booking on 13.10.2025, you opted for a Plus membership with a fixed minimum contract term. Early termination is therefore not possible" so you will end up paying so so much. You can terminate earlier only if you can demonstrate you are jobless. It's a waste of money and time. I didn't find my house here, by the way. It's only of for very short rentals or super expensive occasions.

I have edited this review after their answer: it is not true that a person can terminate the contract monthly. I have already asked the support team and they told me so. So the contract will last many months and you can't quit. It can be a good service but way way way way too expensive. It makes me never want to go back as a woman with a good career in Berlin. It is better if you use it without subscription because they will steal your money without giving anything in return.

I obtained a Schufa report from them, and they granted me a premium subscription that cost the same as my Schufa report. I didn’t notice any difference at first. Additionally, I contacted their customer service, but they didn't offer any assistance. It’s confusing how someone can have a premium subscription without actually having an account with them.
