We bought our Bio fuel fire a couple of years ago and foolishly bought a 2nd one from another supplier( wanted a different style). The Imaginfires one is FAR superior and so well made. Always buy fuel from them, it’s very quick delivery and a fantastic price. So happy with the fire and the heat it gives out. With a bit of practice and knowing how far to close the drawer, we can easily get around 4 hrs of heat from half a bottle….perfect!

Not a great purchase!
We purchased our stove around September time and hadn’t really used it until now due to the change in cold weather. Unfortunately, the smell the ethanol gives off, is horrendous! We’ve had to turn it off as the smell is so strong it has started to cause headaches. It’s incredibly disappointing for this to happen as the stove and fuel were not cheap products to buy.

All round fantastic experience
Quality product, really fast delivery-fabulous products- so much so that after seeing mine, my family bought 2 with another on order. Slight transport damage to one my parents bought, customer service was great, really fast response, offered collection return or money off. Fantastic service- will 100% use again.
