Good service with relatively speedy delivery. The fire makes the room warmer than I expected which is great but there is a smell when it’s burning. It’s still quite new so fingers crossed this will disappear.
Slightly disappointed that they haven’t followed up with us but overall very happy.

Great customer service and I love having a fire in my flat! Warms the room quickly and feels really cosy. The vanilla sent is gorgeous.

The fire we purchased looked great but when we lit it for the first time we got very strong smelling fumes which kept setting off the smoke alarm in the hall. We were advised by Imagine fires that sometimes this happens at first but that it should go with use. We tried it several times and although improved, the smell was still unpleastant. When I explained this to Customer Support they responded immediately and have now sent a replacement fuel box which has completely resolved the issue. There was clearly something wrong with the coating on the initial fuel box but full marks to Imagine Fires for resolving it. We are now 100% happy with fire. Jayne

Ordered the Pembrey fire and we are overjoyed with it. It not only looks great it throws some heat out. We received good service from the company and will be ordering again when the next room is finished.
